My wife and I always stay at Crossroads when we are in town. We always find the accommodations, staff, and walkability to jazz and bars a positive. For this most recent trip, the weather in Denver (our home) was going to prevent us from leaving town when planned so we called to see if we were able to add an extra night to the front end of our stay. All that took was a quick phone call to the hotel, and Thalia took care of it right away. No worries there! Then, towards the end of our stay, we had a medical emergency that made us have to head home two nights ahead of schedule. Once again, the hotel came to the rescue and refunded us those two nights without hesitation. I can't even express the gratitude I have for the staff (Stephanie is amazing!). You all are the best! Thank you a million times! ?Rooms: Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Has everything you'll need.Nearby activities: Up/Down Arcade Bar, Farina Restaurant, Black Dolphin Jazz Lounge & Green Lady Lounge all within walking distance.Safety: Hotel itself is very safe. Surrounding area can get a little sketchy (as-is with any downtown area) with unhoused folks, but we have yet to have any issues.

Room is quaint with sofa and work table. Love the shower pressure and plenty of closet and drawer space. No microwave, coffee maker, or complimentary water. They do have complimentary coffee in the morning starting at 5 a.m. AC works great but not the heater. Can't beat the location. Valet parking is $35 a night and is right across the street so it is convenient if you need something from your car. Staff are friendly and helpful.Rooms: Quaint and spacious.Food & drinks: Unique selection of food from the bar.

Very nice hotel. We followed others’ suggestions to get a non-atrium room but could still hear the DJ while trying to sleep.

The hotel has been wonderful! The staff has been very engaging and outgoing. It has been a great experience. We had one hiccup and Kelly the manager took care of the situation immediately. She truly listened to us and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of! She's a wonderful person!

Customer service was unmatched, management was fun, engaging, and incredibly helpful, food and drinks were top notch - this place is just such a solid pick when it comes to hotels. Live DJ, great bar and restaurant downstairs, and there was an art exhibit was going on the two nights my partner and I stayed there! There's just always something to do, and staff that are there to encourage and help you every step of the way. I would gladly come back to this establishment ?

Came into town to celebrate our anniversary and had a great stay. The ambience and warm modern aesthetic of this hotel is 100000/10.Upon arrival, the valet guys took the car and told us how parking works. It was nice to not have to deal with parking beyond dropping off/picking up. We were greeted by a front desk lady, whom I can’t remember her name but was very friendly and helpful. We booked an atrium room through Expedia which the website did not explain the difference between an atrium and non-atrium room but she told us the room has a window facing inwards towards the lobby and not the exterior. She told us that if we wanted a different room she could change it since the lobby bar music can be loud from 5-11pm but we had plans during that timeframe so we kept it the same. The room was very beautiful and nice. It makes me glad we didn’t book with a chain hotel in the area because there was not much of a price difference and it made me feel like we were staying in a luxury, top of the line, hotel for what we paid for. The room was clean, there was plenty of space for our belongings to sit other than the floor since there was a dresser, wardrobe, and table. I loved that there was a couch in front of the tv so we had somewhere to sit that wasn’t the bed. The couch and the bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, I wish I had an updated bathroom like it at home haha. Huge walk in shower with glass doors. The water pressure was AMAZING. And the sink had counter space that came with a makeup mirror and a stool so I could get ready and not have to stand over the sink. The plug ins were on the side of the nightstand which was extremely convenient. The only thing we were confused on was how to use the thermostat but we finally figured it out thanks to Google. The room has refreshments, spirits, and snacks that you can have if you pay for them. We decided not to take advantage of them but I thought it was a nice addition.Thank you for the great stay. We were glad to go with this hotel for our special occasion and will definitely be back.

On August 3, 2023, When we were deciding whether to stay the night at crossroads we went to the front desk and a young lady by the name of Sidney helped us. While we were discussing on other hotels, she pulled up chairs for us. She and her manager went out of the way to help us and were very polite. I wanted you to know about Sidney and her manager because they were very helpful and kind.Every member of your hotel staff, restaurant, and bar staff we met were very welcoming and friendly people. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful stay at your hotel.

Stephanie, Jade and Kelly were all amazing to deal with. Everyone made us feel important and cared for. We planned this trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and it was a flawless experience. The building has beautiful architecture and a rich history and the staff are all so very hospitable. We will definitely be coming back next year for our anniversary!Rooms: Very clean and beautiful with exposed brick from when the building was the Pabst Brewing Company. Linens and towels were great quality with comfortable beds.Nearby activities: There are tons of places to get food and drinks within walking distance. Up Down was a cute little bar/arcade and perfect place for a date activity.Walkability: Walking distance from Union Station and lots of other food and drink places.Food & drinks: The in house bar was cozy and inviting with great snack and drink options. The atmosphere had everyone in a good mood and mingling. Room service was wonderful with warm and delicious food.
