The maintenance team is always so helpful with anything I need. Jackie always comes and checks out things in my apartment for me when I think something needs worked on and Ricky helped fix my shower when the pipes broke. Also the property manager and assistant manager are always so friendly when I have questions.

Tabitha is always so helpful in the office and kind she definitely deserves a raise ! I stayed for almost two years and management was always very nice and understanding and welcoming to me would usually always answer hardly ever had to leave a message and if I did always got a response within the next few days I can’t say the neighbors you will have are great at least were I was but management and maintenance was amazing with fixing things promptly and answering and being as helpful as possible ; especially Tabitha and Dawn.

POOL IS NEVER OPENED ON TIME
ALL TENANTS NEED TO HAVE $100.00 TOOKEN OFF THEIR RENT > FOR NOT USING THE POOL.
POOL WAS TO BE OPENED MAY 28, 2024 IT IS NOW JUNE 15
THEY CHARGE FOR WATER/ < WHICH IS INCLUDED IN YOU RENT ALONG WITH TRASH SERVICE

If I could’ve gave it zero stars, I would’ve they got the most disrespectful management and staff. This is what they moved me and my six month old baby into avoid these apartment complexes at all cost if you can.

This place is terrible stay as far away as you can. This property likes to keep your deposit and not return it if you don’t sign a lease. These people are THIEVES!!!

Customer service is so vital to me and when you act like I bother you to fix something or even to give you a heads up about something it bothers me. I don't complain or cause any issues but I value customer service and to be respectfully is a big one for me and I am sorry this is lacking here.
