First time in town ordered this to our hotel room. Paid extra to have meat sauce on my spaghetti. And I have no meat at all..

Pi Day has always been an excuse for me to enjoy some good pizza. A few years ago, though, my celebration was less than ideal when I ended up with a burnt pizza that wasn't at all what I had hoped for. Despite that mishap, I've continued to celebrate Pi Day, always in search of better experiences. The restaurant was busy, which meant my pizza took a bit longer to prepare than expected. They offered to make up for the wait with a complimentary slice of tiramisu. The tiramisu was an unexpected and delightful bonus. When my pizza finally arrived, the prosciutto mushroom pizza did not disappoint. The combination of flavors was well-balanced, and the pizza was cooked just right, a satisfying meal that made this year's Pi Day memorable. The ambiance made the dining experience feel like I had stepped out of Kansas City and into a small Italian eatery. Can't wait to come back. 4.5 stars.

Great little restaurant, friendly service. Had a good time again and food is still great.Parking: Parking is limited, smaller parking lot which covers most days, when busy might need to find street parking

This place is so quick with their food and is the yummiest food I have ever tasted. Once it goes in your mouth it's like your in heaven. If you are starving go to cupinis but it's a little pricey but worth itKid-friendliness: It does not have any non appropriate things so eat and enjoy with your children

Unbeatable Italian. Every time we travel to KC, we stop in. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

So incredibly yummy and authentic!! I've been to Italy & this is authentic as it gets and it's in KC. I'm so impressed with the quality & how well they make everything. I had the cheese ravioli with pink sauce and it was best I've had! Ricotta is so good!! My mom has ravioli with marinara and she loved it. Marinara is the real deal! My dad had angel hair pasta with pink sauce and loved every bite! My sister had the fettuccini with Alfredo & mushrooms & the beef sandwich with au jous. She couldn't decide what she wanted so she got both and shared. So yum! My bro got Caesar salad with chicken and cheese bread. He gets that every time and loves it. They all get to enjoy this gem of a place often because they live there. And my Dad is going through chemo treatments close by so they go and enjoy this after his treatment a lot. He loves it, they love it & makes us all happy!! Everyone should go!! They do take out and their prices are very reasonable. Oh,I also tried their homemade limoncello & it's so delicious. That's one of my favorites things from going to Italy. I would get a lemon spritz instead of an apperol spritz. So incredibly delicious that I had to buy a bottle to bring home. Thanks for the kind service & most delicious food!!

Absolutely love this restaurant. Great food. That being said, we got the red velvet heart cake for dessert and it tasted so strongly of lasagna that it made me and my wife gag. Watch out. Bite one; a little off, maybe it’s on the fork we’re using. Bite two; yeah that’s an overpowering lasagna taste in this red velvet heart cake. Bite three; retching.

Hands down the best Italian food I've ever had, anywhere. Anytime I stay in KC or pass though I always stop in and get food. Their Carbonara is absolutely amazing, especially with thr Italian sausage. Best carrot cake I've ever had too. Prices are very reasonable for the portion and more so for the quality.

Cupini’s is a great hole in the wall place for freshly made Italian food. Fun fact- Guy Fieri from the food network ate here.

Beautiful space! Great atmosphere! Wonderful food!Vegetarian options: It didn’t have a clearly labeled vegetarian section, but there were many vegetarian options, including Paninis, ravioli, and salads.

What a gem!!!! This place was such a great find. True Italian food. Everything was bursting with flavor. We all shared a few bites with each other. My favorite may have been the fettuccine. The sauce for all of the dishes were each incredible. The chicken parm was probably my least favorite. Bummer since that was my dish, but still good!! The restaurant has an interesting layout. You walk into what seems like a storefront. Desserts displayed in the window on one end and you place your food order at the other. Pay, then go pick your table through the hallway back to a cozy little dining area. Don't mind the bullet holes in the window, the food is worth it. We ordered a full Tiramisu cake to take home and share. No joke, it was the best I've ever had! Perfect ratio of ingredients, flavor, and it never got soggy or dried out.
