This used to be a very accommodating pharmacy when the two ladies named Michelle worked there. Now there is a new manager that is terrible. He is not at all accommodating and acts like the customers are a pain in his ass. They filled a prescription that I haven't taken for 10 months. And they aren't open anymore on weekends. As poor of service that they provide the just as well shut this location down. I won't be going back!

I called to have a prescription transferred because it was filled here instead of at the location it should have been filled at. I have no idea why it was filled here, since it had been transferred to the correct location previously. The person answering the phone literally answered it "hi" and nothing else. When I explained what I needed, she told me they don't transfer prescriptions. When I said that I was sure they do, and they had just done it for me the month before, she disappeared to go ask someone else. Apparent that someone was a Michelle who told her that they could not do that and I would need to call the other location to do it. She then reiterated that "Michelle" told her no and I could call them and they could use the computer to help me. She then hung up on me. It was truly the most bizarre interaction I've ever had with a pharmacy. I'm very concerned about who they are hiring here and what their training is like.

Closed on the weekends now? That’s basically the only time I can easily pick up a script. This is terrible for customer service.

I always have great service here. I never have to wait too long and I love getting text reminders that my prescription is ready!

Yes, they are ALWAYS short staffed. That is on management, however the ladies there ALWAYS are polite, have a smile on their face, and are helpful! For those of you yelling at these poor women because they are backed up and understaffed, SHAME on you! and to yell at them with your children present, great example! Show some compassion and common courtesy and if you can't! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I didn't give 5 stars for CVS I gave 5 stars for the employees who work hard and do the best they can! I go to this pharmacy because of them!!

Have always gotten service with a smile. Never had any problems and happy now that I can get my 90 day medications locally instead of waiting for them to come in the mail, so covenant. Would be better if 2 people where staffed but it is a location within a store so it is not as busy as stand alone stores so it is not expected to be as busy.

Under staffed. Waited for the one woman behind the counter to help a line of about 8 people. Could not fill any prescriptions. Should be a store mandatory policy to have at least two there at all times. Way to go. CVS

This is my regular pharmacy - everyone is always really nice, even when they are busy. Of course, I don't walk in assuming the world revolves around me demanding immediate gratification and service at the expense of others. That might explain why I get treated very well there and why my experience is usually positive, as opposed to other people who have left reviews.

This CVS sucks! One lady behind the counter. Came in for a flu shot for me and my twin girls. After getting everything entered in computer, she decided to wait on everyone else in line, saying "after I finish getting the line through, I will prepare your shots for you, because I'm the only person here." There were four people in the the line, and I actually thought she was kidding. But after actually waiting on the first person, I told her to take her to take her "only person here" excuse and to shove it up her a*** That I'm not waiting on everyone else to get waited on just to give us our flu shots, which if that's their policy, they should make sure more than one person is working! Either way, I'll take my business elsewhere to someone who appreciated it!
