My daughter waited 2 hours for her prescription. It was Tamaflu in a box!!!!!!! How hard is that? Every time she went in they said 45 more minutes. I’m 3 hours away and finally got ahold of someone and they said “if she had stayed it would have been expedited”. She was there in her car and kept going in!! She didn’t want to hang out in the store for 45 minutes. She’s sick!!!!! NEVER again will we go to CVS.

Regular issues collecting meds here. Either out of stock, incorrectly filled, or generally unresponsive.

Do yourself a BIG favor. Get medications through direct mail it was SO easy. Just called Caremark, CVS's Mailorder Pharmacy. They will transfer all your scripts for you and put them on auto delivery. They have all the info because they pay the bill. The transfer is totally painless for you. It does take 10 days to get medicine to you, but it runs like clockwork and because of automatic delivery the meds just keep coming. No hassle. No more trips to this CVS. When Doc orders new medication, I ask for a 30 day and 90 day script. Take the 30 day to a local pharmacy and 90 day to Mailorder. They even call doc for you when new script is needed.
Life changer.

I tried to pick up a prescription on the last day it was to be held. It had already been returned. I was told it would be available the next day. I came in the next day and was told it would be 45 minutes. No one else was in line. It was below freezing. Transportation is challenging. I'm coming in again today. Wish me luck. (And the prescription is over $500.) I've run out of my heart medication.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS PRINTED HERE! They will not admit their machine isn't working properly so unless you want your family members to be orange and to see the literal printer line crossing over the center of your childs face, go somewhere else. I suggest the walgreens at 75th and wornal. The same order turned out perfectly there. I would also think twice before using the pharmacy. They are terrible as well. 0 stars at just about everything.

Rx dept has some of the rudest, least helpful, and slowest employees I’ve interacted with while picking up prescriptions. I’ve been going to this location for 10+ years and it’s time for a switch!

This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. The clerks in the pharmacy act as though they are doing you a favor when you are there to pick up a prescription. They can never find my credit card on file, don’t recognize GoodRx unless you explain it to them every time you refill the prescription and they fail to keep coupons in your file. Save yourself the aggravation and choose another pharmacy even if you have to drive further.

No great pharmacy experience. Waiting at drop off forever before someone came to help

its actually sad how awful the pharmacist and their staff are here. as a fellow healthcare provider it SCARES me to think there are people out there who work in health care who are so unethical and discriminate so harshly and aggressively. CVS was once a great place to get your prescriptions, however, this one on (5011 Main Street) should be shut down. We all know what you’re doing back there. We see you.

If I could give it a negative 5 I would. The female pharmacist is consistently hurtful and rude. The final final was when she said very loudly yelled my script out (which I don’t really care because it’s nothing to be ashamed of. I’d just had a hysterectomy) snickered with another employee and kept looking over at me. And then I realized…. I don’t have to do business here. I don’t have to give them my money. Moved to Albers pharmacy. Never been happier. And they deliver and mostly…. They’re just kind.

Some staff are rude like the one lady. One is always on his phone when you walk in. One just doesn’t know how to talk to people. Taurus is the best CSR.

This CVS is extremely slow on refills and the pharmacists are incompetent, unhelpful, and extremely rude. If I could give this place zero stars…I would.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for about two years now and no matter what day of the week I go or what time of the day I go I always encounter very rude and uninterested staff from the pharmacy. today when I called to ask when prescription would be refilled I was given a very rude response back. I understand that all pharmacies are understaffed and very busy as I am also a healthcare worker, however, telling me that you are being bombarded with customers is not the correct response to give to a customer or a patient. I feel as though the staff at the pharmacy at this CVS location should be highly reconsidered and evaluated.
