I have been getting our family's prescriptions here for the last 10 years, and I've dealt with all the changes and reduced work schedules, but today I experienced the worst customer service ever. So rude! I'm so disappointed I'm going to have to change all my family's prescriptions to a different location or just totally different Pharmacy!

not very nice employees in the pharmacy. this is now like three seperate times i've called up there, twice with questions and i get it if you don't know the answer to my question or can't help me, but theres no reason to be rude about it.

I come here all the time but today someone named Holly was extremely rude and threatening to me. I asked her where a Neutrogena product was and when I went over to test it out before buying it (with full intention to buy it, which I did), she LITERALLY STOOD OVER ME while I was crouched down and told me not to test the products. I told her I was going to buy it. She stayed silent and continued to STARE AT ME and STAND OVER ME. I told her her to stop staring at me, that she was harassing me and she told me I "need to look up what harassing is." I said "it's exactly what you're doing to me. You are staring at me, I've told you to stop, and you won't. That's harassment." This woman is nasty, threatening, and a menace to this store's good reputation. Because of her I won't shop there again. She needs to be dealt with. Holly is her name. Awful, awful experience. I've been coming here for years and now I don't feel safe with this disgusting person around who treats your customers without any regard for personal space or dignity. She seems to have some kind of personality disorder.

pharmacist and pharmacy staff are the rudest people I encounter in the health business. I would not recommend this business. Nasty and rude!

Very poor customer service from the pharmacy drive-through pick up this morning. The young lady asked me if I had any questions and when I asked her a question, she looked at me like I had stuff on my face. She did not even ask for my reward card I was very disappointed, I never been treated in such manner. Good luck, CVS Pharmacy.

I come here throughout the month to pick up multiple prescriptions. It is near my home and extremely convenient. I used to have some difficulties with having my prescriptions ready, but I no longer have any issues. I get alerted when my prescription is ready now via text. When picking them up it takes no longer than 5 minutes to go through the drive-through or go inside to get it. Everyone here is friendly and professional.

The pharmacy staff here is awful. I tried, ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS, to get a prescription filled. My doctor had to call it in every one of those times, and every time, I verified with her team that it was called in. Nope, the staff had no idea where it was and couldn’t be bothered. Furthermore, they were incredibly rude on top of their incompetence. After a prolonged ordeal (while trying to get a very necessary antibiotic, no less,) I asked my doctor to call the prescription into Walgreens instead. I would suggest that others do the ssme.

7/27/23. I received one of worst customer service in recent times by one of the pharmacist( very passive aggressive). I will never come here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. So here is what happened: my provider ordered my scripts, I came to pick them up and was told to wait 30 minutes which I understood. After 30 minutes I came back got my medications but when I got home I realized I was missing one of the them. I came back to the pharmacy and was told I had to wait another 30 minutes for it. I was offered no explanation why it wasn’t filled in the first place, instead I was met with attitude and condescension when I inquired about it. He( I think his name was Christian) replied “ so do you want me to fill it or not?” This was just because I asked if there is a reason it was not filled with the other prescriptions. If a prescription was written of course I need it filled. This is not how to treat a customer especially if the fault lies with the pharmacy.

First of all, I don't like using self check out lines, but I was asked to do so when a pea-brained miscreant ignored me for an incompetent female with a package problem. That was the final straw. I just left those items and walked out. I hope and pray that wretched pharmacy/store closes for good! I'll miss it like a horrible toothache!

I have consistent medications that I pick up, and they are always so kind every time. I had some questions on a prescription, and the women behind the counter took the time to talk through options, even pulling out her phone to see if there were any coupons that could be used to bring the price down.

I had to switch CVS locations to this one and I'm so happy I did! The pharmacist worked with me to get my medications transferred to this location and then we're able to fill all the medications within 15 mins. where another CVS told me it would take at least 2 days to fill. This CVS pharmacy is fast, efficient and the staff is friendly. I will be picking up my prescriptions from here on out.

I came here tonight and witnessed an incredibly kind and diplomatic male employee treat a seemingly homeless man outside with patience and dignity, despite the circumstances. I was about to walk in the store when a clearly disturbed man was standing in the doorway hurling insults at this poor employee.Instead of escalating the situation or dehumanizing the homeless man, he was patient yet direct. On top of that, the employee was friendly and kind at the counter where I checked out despite what he just endured.I was thoroughly impressed with this employee and he deserves accolades. I wish I remembered his name, but the 5 stars go to him either way.

The staff (one woman in particular) was strangely passive aggressive and condescending towards me for seemingly no real reason? I’ve come in to the same store before and encountered similar behavior but I’d assumed they were just having a bad day. Weirdly it seems like every time I come in she makes it a point of following me until I leave.

This location has apparently opted out of accepting the membership rewards and other coupons you can have on your card, but the manager isn't going to tell that to anybody, and neither are the cashiers, who just say you don't have any. Well, I have them in the biggest way, and I'm paying to get them! So you'll go here for months in a state of confusion about it, then finally leave in a state of disgruntlement! Now I predict the lowly manager will tape a pathetic note on the door about it.
