The staff at the CVS Pharmacy on Chouteau Tfwy in Kansas City, MO were extremely helpful in conflict resolution and helping to get my meds filled. They really went the extra mile in multiple ways and even called us right when it was ready because they knew I needed my meds for bedtime. I am really so thankful for the staff at this CVS.

Maybe you should close your drive thru drop off line if you aren’t going to help customers. I dropped off a prescription and sat there for twenty minutes waiting for the girl to “enter” it. She was absolutely rude, did not say that she received it in her end and then had a snotty attitude when she told me when to come back. I would give them zero stars if I could. I definitely will not be back to this location.

I will no longer give my business to a company where a grown man can enter the same bathroom was my 10 year old daughter. It is unprofessional to put thier customers and thier children at risk for something as fleeting as making someone else "feel accepted." With so many other choices as to where to shop, my family will do so at a business that values thier customers physical security over "feelings" and "fictitious gender identity."

I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years. I love it here. It is a pharmacy that serves less customers as say CVS so I love how quiet, quick, and efficient they are. I have worked in a few pharmacies in my career and love getting my meds filled here. They are professional, friendly, and try their best to take care of your needs. I also have a Target Pharmacy Rewards card that sends me coupons in the mail. I got 10% off of a flat screen t.v. this year with it!
