However, the Parkville Store on NW 64th Street KCMO has room for improvement in its customer service. Customers have reported issues with the pharmacy staff failing to properly run prescriptions through insurance, leading to delays and inconvenience for the customer. CVS @ 5440 NW 64th St. KCMO they were the rudest manager and cashier (Isabel) I’ve EVER encountered .. I will NEVER be shopping or using this pharmacy EVER! I’ll go out of my way to use Walgreens.

My prescription was supposed to be delivered between 2:15 and 4:15. It is now 4:45 and the pharmacy is closed and I do not have my prescription. I guess it is not important to CVS that I need that prescription to be able to breathe. Thanks, CVS. Way to go!!!!
