CVS @ 5440 NW 64th St. KCMO they were the rudest manager and cashier (Isabel) I’ve EVER encountered .. I will NEVER be shopping or using this pharmacy EVER! I’ll go out of my way to use Walgreens.

My prescription was supposed to be delivered between 2:15 and 4:15. It is now 4:45 and the pharmacy is closed and I do not have my prescription. I guess it is not important to CVS that I need that prescription to be able to breathe. Thanks, CVS. Way to go!!!!

Stopped in for a last minute birthday card on 4/1/2025 at 9:55 p.m. and was greeted with a rude employee. Website list the store closes at 11pm but associate said I have a couple of minutes and they close at 10pm. Will not be back to this location. I will go to Walgreens which is further but never had bad service.

CVS NW 64th
This location looks to have good lighting inside and out.
The exterior cleanliness is not great. The interior carpet is very dirty.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
The shelves were well stocked however the shelf I checked was dirty and not date rotated.
Location has plenty of parking and parking includes handicap parking. The entry and doors are handicap accessible.

Don’t put a sign outside that says “walk-ins welcomed” for the minute clinic, and then have the practitioner tell you that they can’t see you and to either go to another location or get scheduled for a different time… that’s all I’m saying…. Walk-ins are NOT welcomed here…

CVS pharmacy employee are very rude . Pharmacy are closed @8 pm and I arrived 7:50 pm but they refused me my son medication. I have very bad experience of those people 😕 😔

I’m guessing they just open whenever they choose to. Myself and two other customers were waiting after 8 for them to open. We all left and went to dollar general. Do better CVS 10-8/24

The people that work there are great. However over the years the systems and apps are virtually unusable. Now even when I call the computer operated system it will not let you get to a live person at the store. My app will not let me refill prescriptions. My coupons and extra bucks do not always apply properly. Nothing is convenient, I have to spend time waiting on refills. I have to go back to making extra trips to the pharmacy now that the phone and app are always down. Progress should be called regression.

Hours of operation posted on Google are not accurate. They close at 10 pm not 11pm
