The WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER BEEN TO. The only reason I used them was because they are close. In the past 3 years EVERY time a prescription has been changed it is always a nightmare. The lady pharmacist doesn't have a lick of since or isn't able to manage very well.

I went in tonight looking for a hernia band and no one was working on the floor so I went back to the pharmacy at 7:30 p.m. and ask the pharmacist if she could direct me to the aisle and she didn't know so I left and I'm headed to Walgreens wear healthily they can help someone

By far the greatest pharmacy in the metropolitan area, maybe even the country. I love filling here and more importantly the community is incredible. I was helped by Minh, a very knowledgeable employee who puts 110% effort into his job.

CVS experiences has been very positive and helpful from the front store personnel to the regular scheduled pharmacist and assistant but today was not great the Pharmacist Dennis Hobjeck was awful from putting prescriptions back on the shelves without notifying the customer prescriptions who needed their prescriptions his statement was that shelve space was needed and Monday was a holiday and would perhaps be short staffed. This was totally unacceptable and stated that he could not possibly fill the prescriptions in the 3 minutes before closing.

Although I can't specifically complain I have felt the customer service lacking and declining over the years, I'm sure invested employees are hit and miss. Today I was helped by Chris for the first time, he was so driven to be friendly and helpful. I also observed him going above and beyond for other customers while sorting out my return. He juggled it all with enthusiasm.
He is refreshing and GOLD to this store.

The pharmacy tech at the Was wonderful. She was very energetic, helpful, and listened to any costumer concerns, and politely fix the needs accordingly. I hope the pharmacist have time to listen and assist their customers the same way.

Avoid this pharmacy. Andrew, the pharmacist, is the most unpleasant and unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with. He should not be in a customer service role.I wanted a cold medicine that can only be obtained through the pharmacy. I went to pharmacy after looking in store for medication. I was told that pharmacy closed at 8p. I stated that it was clearly not closed because barriers were open he was standing at counter along with an associate. He again stated pharmacy closed at 8. When I looked at time on phone it was just then 8. I asked if he could just hand me the medication that was on shelf behind where they were standing. I was told no they would reopen in the morning.I drove a few miles up the street to a very pleasant staff at Walgreens pharmacy.

Super rude employees at the pharmacy! My son's meds have been hit or miss for well over a year so I have to call around each month to see who has it in stock. The lady who answered was asking where and when we last filled with them. I tried to explain I don't usually fill here but I'm calling around to see if they have it and she kept probing for more info. I finally had to say "ma'am, can you please just check to see if you have it in stock?" She put me on hold. A man picked up and said "I just checked and we don't." I said darn can you check and see if any other local CVS has it? They said they don't have ability to do that anymore. That's a lie!!! I called CVS in Kearney next and a nice man picked up who also said they didn't have it but was able to see the CVS in Liberty does. SO thank you to this store for being the only local store I've ever had issues with and just being super unhelpful. ?

The customer service was excellent! They got my prescription that I was waiting on for a week, transferred from another pharmacy that was out of stock and they got it filled in less than 30 minutes!

They NEVER answer their phones & I constantly have to call to tell them I need a 90 day supply of my meds!
