The worst customer service I've ever had. You will stand at the pickup counter while 5 or 6 employees just IGNORE you, going about their business. I'm happy to say I've transferred my prescription and will never have to go there again!

I used to have all of my scripts filled here and shopped in store frequently. I had to switch pharmacies to be able to actually fill my scripts. I tried shopping in store again today and they refuse to actually check people out. I don't pay to shop somewhere to provide free labor. I won't be back.

this cvs is horrible the pharmacy lady that was there this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE to my boyfriend for no reason at all i would like for her to be fired IMMEDIATELY and have any of her medical credentials removed now . i will be calling corporate to inform them as well

I went to pick up my meds that were ordered 4 days prior just to find my prescription still wasn’t filled. Then was told they could fill it but I couldn’t wait in the drive for a few minutes (even though no one else was in line waiting. That I’d have to park and come back. Apparently Lindsay, the pharmacist, is more worried about being the “line monitor” for the drive through than doing paid job and help customers. On top of being closed on the weekends and closing early every night. If you value your time and health the please go elsewhere

While the staff at this store are nice, it is very difficult to get a prescription filled on time (even when it's on an auto-recurring refill schedule or after repeatedly requesting a refill through the phone prompts). You cannot get the pharmacy to pick up the phone and the regular staff are no help. I'd use the CVS app, but it often has technical difficulties so it's not a helpful substitute either. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

the big lady in there will make you feel so uncomfortable & watch you the entire time your in the store. she’s no help when your looking for a item, but on your back every second your there. do not shop here! they’re understaffed & the energy there is completely off!

The pharmacy at this location is really bad. I just had my scrpts transferred to this location from another CVS because that one was terrible also. Turns out this one is even worse. How do you have 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working on a Saturday morning at 10am? Drive thru closed also.They could not find one of my scripts because everything was just laying on the ground. Took her 10 minutes to find other script in fridge. There were 10 people behind me in line.CVS should just get out of the pharmacy business because it has hit rock bottom. Avoid this location!

I went online to make a Drive-thru Covid test appointment since I wasn't feeling well. I made the appointment for the middle of the next day. When I show up there is a note on the drive thru window that they aren't doing any drive thru due to staffing... not the end of the world, but I'm not feeling great so I'm a little irritated. I go inside to the pharmacy and they say they don't do that kind of testing. I literally made the appointment YESTERDAY. The pharmacist keeps trying to push a rapid test... which I don't want since I've already done one. It's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to allow an ill person to make an appointment and come all the way in, just to say they have to go to a different location!

Been on the phone trying to get through to talk about my prescription over 20 minutes, no answer. The pharmacy likes to close early and is woefully understaffed.

Yesterday I called on my way home and waited 2 hours and 47 minutes till I hung up. Today 1 hour and 21 minutes and still waiting. On my way there. I imagine I will speak before they pickup.
