Had to personally track down an employee twice just to pay. Watched two people just walk out of the store at the front register because they were tired of waiting . I made a purchase to get cash back but I only needed 30 $ so I attempted to make two purchases as theresno 30$ option. As I was making the second payment I was informed cash back can only be done once per customer. Horrible service

I went there to pick up a order that was sent from another cvs and they said they did have what I was picking and I had to point it out to them. Then they said I had to wait a hour to pay for something she was holding in her hand. You tell me what you think.

The most ghetto unprofessional staff in a pharmacy setting I have ever witnessed. A store full of bad attitude broken woman mad at the world cause their life isn’t prosperous.I’d make this place my last choice if needing anything!

I have been reading reviews here about how bad the customer service is here, and I can vouch for it. I have called the pharmacy five times today. I was put on hold, of course - for an hour and four minutes. Then I hung up. I called again and waited for another 18 minutes before accidentally hanging up. Then I called again. 1 hour, 36 minutes. No one picked up the phone. They went on break. I called when they got back. 1 minutes and 56 seconds and the call was dropped on their end - or someone hung up. I called again - 1 hour and 11 minutes and still nothing. I have a problem with my account. I called CVS technical support and they told me the problem was on the pharmacy side, that my pharmacy had to fix the problem from their side. That is why I have been calling, and waiting, and waiting. I can't get the problem fixed because no one will answer the phone. I regret switching my insurance to AetnaCVS and I truly regret how much I am paying every month. This has been a big mistake, an eye opener, and a lesson I will not forget. I should done my research better. I was with Amazon PillPack and I was fine. I should have picked an insurer who would have let me stay with Amazon. Lesson learned. If God is willing I will not be with AetnaCVS this time next year.

RUDE RUDE RUDEThere’s one young man who works here and as far as I can tell is the only one doing anything. One of the female workers is very entitled and rude. They’re also very uncommunicative, I had an insurance issue and instead of explaining how to fix it the entitled woman just stared at me.Then after I expressed that I needed my medication for my depression and suicidality, she continues to be unkind to me (A PAYING CUSTOMER). When she approached me the second time she didn’t say hello she just said “yes.” So I didn’t say thank you upon leaving (because she was rude to me from the start) and she acted like a child dramatically saying “you’re welcome.”

Worst pharmacy experiences ever. They never pick up the phone, have weird hours that make it hard to get there, they close early randomly, and they’re lunches take longer than listed.

CVS PHARMACY IS RIDICULOUS MY DOCTOR SENT IN MY PRESCRIPTION 3 DAYS AGO. IT'S STILL IN PROGRESS. TRIED UMPTEEN TIMES TO CALL TO HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION TRANSFERED SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE AGAIN TO NO AVAIL.

Had trouble with a hospital discharge medication and the pharmacy staff worked on it for 2 days to make sure I got it before the weekend and it was even cheaper when I came to pick it up
