The gentleman who picked me up was not only professional, but also personable. He is very knowledgeable of the City, and had great recommendations. He ensure I was safe as a young lady new to the City. The vehicle was clean, fresh, and supplied with water. I look forward to visiting again so I could use them again. Highly recommended.

Loved the ride experience with Philip. He really took care of my special guest like a movie star! Would have like to get a call back on the weekend for my question from the dispatch office but they reached out the morning of my request.

Wonderful Gentleman! Phil met us at the luggage claim and dot our bags to the car and then home. It was a late flight getting in (11:35 PM) and then driving us back home to south KC safely. This was the first time I've used Deluxe Transportation and I will definitely be going back to them again in the future. Great job Phil!

Phillip was so professional, kind, and friendly, a perfect gentleman. I felt safe and was treated like royalty. The car smelled wonderful. The music was delightful. There was water and candy in the backseat....such a thoughtful touch. I'm using the services all weekend while in KC. My next trip is Dallas, and I'm so delighted the company is in Dallas too. I will definitely set up my transportation.

Had an awful experience. To make a long story short, I booked a car two weeks in advance of a trip. After our car was over an hour late I was informed by customer service that they would not be able to pick our party up and cancelled our ride, leaving us stranded and over an hour late to an event. I wouldn't recommend using this company for timely transportation.

My driver, Jason was extremely professional and handled an incident on our route, specifically a pedestrian on the road, extremely well. Although the company I work for set up the initial trip, I would not hesitate to use Deluxe Transportation in the future.
