I probably won't have enough space on here to write about that horrible experience oh wait I mean my purchase. I thought this was a fun fancy place to order a treat for sick friend. The place is filthy, the front rug looked like someone had been gardening on it. Customer service, haha. I asked for the manager obviously, but he quit, walked out on them. Buying my son dinner to deliver it for me. The delivery fee I already paid for, she couldn't issue the credit only the manager can do that.

I was so disappointed that my $100+ Bday gift arrangement to my friend arrived incomplete no balloon & fruit number atop the arrangement. The order was placed a week before his birthday. I complained & was assured these would be later delivered. Never happened!

Ordered a fruit bouquet for an event. Requested to pick it up myself. Showed up an hour after the pick up time and they still had not made it. The woman at the counter said they were having a slow morning so no reason for it to not have been ready. Took them a minute to find my order. I waited 20 min for them to make it. This made me late to the event. Would make it myself next time or order from somewhere else.

Cant really add a photo because i didn’t get anything. If I could give 0 stars I would! spent over $100 on an order to be delivered 02/21 (i placed it the day before) and the status was stuck on received by store all day. I got a call an hour before they closed to tell me they didn’t have the cupcakes for my order but it would be out for delivery by noon the next day…noon the next day still nothing. I called more than 5 times just to get no response at all and no one called me about the order for any type of update. I ended up cancelling the order. It was for a birthday so safe to say i was very dissatisfied with the experience. The person who called about not having cupcakes didn’t even apologize. They didn’t seem to really care. I say this firmly; DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I ordered for a friend who was going through a challenging time. The product was not what I ordered for her. It also did not look like the picture. This sucks because if your order as a gift you won't know until that person receives it that the product was not correct.

This location is beyond horrible. It is horribly ran and the manager doesn’t care at all. He really needs to be in another line of work. I ordered one for my friend’s book release and it wasn’t delivered until the day after….at 9:15pm!! They gave me excuses that were just as unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it seems to be a theme. Make sure you order comes from another store.

Ordered a small fruit platter and two bags of nuts that were quite pricey to have delivered. Once the platter was delivered. The delivery driver said they were of the nuts I did not receive any communication from the company and I never got a refund. I tried calling multiple times left four or five voicemails. No one is answering the phone or returning my phone call.

Horrible! My mom sent me flowers, a box of chocolate strawberries, and some sort of plush animal. The flowers were moldy and decomposing and they didn’t even deliver the plush thing. She has called twice and left a message with no response.

Submitted an order for an arrangement to be delivered to a sick friend. When I checked on the order status the day after the planned delivery date, I discovered my order had been canceled. At no point was I notified it was canceled. I submitted online feedback that goes to this store, and left a message requesting a call back. I was never contacted about why my order was canceled or what the store could do about it. After many bad experiences with Edible Arrangements I am officially done ordering from them.

Placed an order on a Friday to be delivered as a birthday gift the following Monday. Not only was the order not even attempted to be delivered there was NO ONE at ANY location, customer service line, or even leaving a voicemail ever resulting in speaking to a live person. Fast forward to Tuesday afternoon after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE a complete waste of time the order is finally delivered WRONG! This was a birthday gift so why on my $110.00 order they would put balloons saying thinking of you & HAPPY NATIONAL BOSSES DAY was completely beyond me. Do yourself an enormous favor & don’t put yourself through all the grief & stress this put me through. USE ANYONE ELSE OR BE REGRETFUL FOR WASTING YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID UNFORTUNATELY.

Great gifts, fresh fruit and good service. It's a great idea to send someone people can actually use and eat instead of flowers. The arrangements are well done and look great!
