Horrible telephone service, was finally transferred to the branch on Main. The doors are still locked so you have to call the number on the sign. Nice and cooperative once you actually get an agent on the phone. I gave them two stars because of the very long wait time.

Per my last review this is the worst bank out there they should be permanently closed. Let me just start off by saying their fraud department is a JOKE, and their customer service isn’t any better.Their customer service representatives clearly need re training, they are not informative at all. I’ve had so many issues with fraud on my account, there have been a handful of times where they didn’t notify me about charges on my account that were NOT ME & they didn’t notify me! for months i’ve been having issues with this , but this most recent time was the last straw for me. I noticed multiple charges on my account AGAIN that were not me, after i called to have the card cancelled, they did not do as asked causing my bank account to get hacked $700. When they were finally able to dispute them they told me I wouldn’t receive a refund until mid August ( this happened middle of July). We are now coming to the end of July, I received a phone call stating i never came in to sign a dispute form, when 1. I was never even told to begin with from the last customer service representative I spoke with & 2 i’ve never had to fill out a dispute form all the other 7 times, I went in the same day they called me to sign the dispute form, just for them to tell me they couldn’t find it, like I said before, A JOKE. This bank should be embarrassed and im definitely glad I switched banks.

Customer service (Jess) was awesome. Answered all questions and was extremely helpful in navigating a difficult problem. I’ve been a customer for several years and plan on continuing.

As a non account holder I went to this bank to cash a personal check that I received from one of my customers. The door was locked and had to call to get someone to let me in. Was told to use video teller. The lady on the screen asked me to wait a few minutes. I assumed to verify the check. However when she came back on screen she told me that she could not cash the check. I asked why and she said that she can't tell me why and the account holder can tell me why. I asked why the person that I have worked for several times and just wrote me a check would know that it would not go through. She said they will tell me. Makes no sense at all. Left and called account holder who then called the bank and was told that there were no issues. So I drove back to the same bank and asked if someone working there could help me. I waited for over 10 minutes as two different people looked at the check. Finally the first person came out of the office and called the account holder and verified the check. This whole thing took over an hour out of my day for something that could have easily been taken care of with a simple phone call. I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of interest at any other bank. I may not be a member of this bank but if I have to pay a $5 fee to get my money then I am a customer. Next time I'll use venmo.

OK bank for those without computers. Will do business business by phone but not "hard copy" such as email or messaging through your own log-in on their (very poor) website. Misguided concept of security? Everything is better and easier at Bank of America where I am moving my accounts.

Enterprise Bank & Trust took over the bank I opened my first account with when I was a child and returned to as an adult when I moved back to New Mexico. I had loans, mortgages, business and personal accounts with them and several other banks and loved them. Enterprise took over last year and since then they downsized our branch to a skeleton crew, yet opened branches elsewhere in the state. They did not inform the old staff of their new procedures when they took over, leaving us in limbo and passing the buck regarding a large insurance check that needed to be processed because they held our mortgage. No one had a clue. Lisa, the man across from her and the mortgage lady in the Los Alamos branch and the whole staff in White Rock are the only reason I have stayed as long as I have. The online banking is less user friendly and bank transfers, which used to be immediate hold the funds in limbo between accounts for 24 hours, as well as direct deposits from my employer. Now, the new ATM tells me that I have insufficient funds and that the bank is basically doing me a favor by letting me have money, which is BS because 1) online banking says is available. and/or 2) the checking account service I signed up for is supposed to auto-draft funds from one account to another. It also says that I "may" get charged an insufficient funds charge, which it has. When I pointed out to the customer service rep that I had the money in the account, they have no answer for me. I feel like their holding my money hostage. Oh, and if you want a mortgage statement printed (because if I do it online, it doesn't have my name, which my insurance company needed on it), the Tellers at my branch can't do it; they have to call and leave a voicemail for someone at another branch and have them email to them so they can print it for me. They have moved so far backwards, it's sickening. I'm moving all my money and loans this month.
