Drawn by the review saying they had the best Chai latte and was not disappointed! The lemon ginger latte and music was great too. Very cozy place to stop between errands.
Equal Minded Cafe is a Specialty Coffeeshop & Breakfast/Brunch Restaraunt. This shop is well known locally for it's delicious 'Chai Latte' Recipe, It has even been called "KC's Best Chai". Community members love coming here for Breakfast Plates, Unique Coffee & Tea Recipes, & Outstanding Grilled Panini Sandwiches. The intent of the founder was to bring together people from all walks of life through food and drink, in an area of Kansas City that has faced a Century of Redlining, Racism, & Segregation. Equal Minded provides a unique experience through coffee and conversation that you won't find anywhere else.
