Brock was very responsive to my initial request. He was able to work me into his scheduling very quickly. Once he arrived, he was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. My TV has been mounted, looks great and he even gave me some pointers on how to make the cords look clean and organized. Would highly recommend!!
