Never a negative experience. Staff was nice and polite and the process of the eye exam was fairly quick and simple. My daughter received her new (buy a pair get the second free) eyeglasses. She loves them!!!

I needed a new pair of glasses, and they made it so easy (and reasonable on the wallet) to get a new pair. Served by two different people when they were ordered and picked up, and both were very kind and extremely professional. I love the new glasses!
