Very rude staff I was trying to send a Christmas package to family in the United Kingdom before I could even get to counter the guy was like its going to be way too expensive..... maybe 200 is expensive for you but don't assume it is for everyone so I left went to post office where I was only charged 64 so your right 200 is too expensive I will never use fed ex again

Every time I come here, everyone is helpful & kind! Most recently, Charles helped me with a more complicated print job than I anticipated. He was extremely patient and helpful with getting me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this fedex location!

I had such a good experience with the print staff here. Not only did expedite my printing order at no cost, they also called me to tell me I had the option to printer on a different kind of paper and save myself $100+. The guy I talked to was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to help me out.

When I arrived, there were customers actively engaged in their projects. The store was well staffed with attentive and helpful people. I appreciate the time they took with me to help me make a good decision in the moment and for the future. I am especially grateful to Lee and his efforts.

I had my boyfriend go in around 7:45, and I was aware that they closed at 8. I needed him to send a fax, and when he asked one of the employees for help, he was told “the fax machines are over there and we close in like five minutes”. Apparently the fax machines are set up to charge your credit or debit card, and my boyfriend only had cash. I’m sure it was obvious that he needed help sending a fax as he was unable to send it. It doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to send a fax, but yes, it’s pretty archaic technology. This is when someone should have offered to assist him. Instead, when my boyfriend walked back to the fax machines, the employees turned off the overhead lighting, a sure fire signal they were done for the day. Yet no employee had helped him or asked if help was needed. My boyfriend had little else to do besides ask what time they open the following day and to leave without accomplishing the task which he went there to do. I get it, no one likes the customer that comes in last minute and asks for mountains to be moved. But this was not the case. I really wish I had been there, because I definitely have a call planned for the manager. I just unfortunately don’t have the name of the guy who was there, (though I wouldn’t say he was actually “working” there), and turned off the lights at 7:55 with unaided customers still waiting for help.

Had to print something on the fly for my trucking company. Sent an email, immediately received a code back, walked in and put the code into the printer - paid for my copies and left within 10 minutes. Great experience!

I went into the store to drop off a computer part to have it sent to a family member. This was a very expensive computer part so guaranteed 2 day shipping and $2000 worth of insurance cost me $64.Fast forward 3 days and the package hasn't moved from the original hub. As mentioned, this part is very expensive and currently next to impossible to find so no updates after the promised delivery date came and went was obviously a large cause for concern.. After multiple phone calls and getting the standard "the computer shows it's at the hub" I finally got a call from a case manager. This manager was incredibly muffled with, from what I understood, no new information. I told him I was having a hard time understanding him who then repeated basically the same story. I asked if the the package could simply be held where it was at and I'd pick it up and figure something out. He offered to send it back to me and I said okay as long as I could get a refund. He acknowledged the request and hung up. Several hours later without update I call again, asking for information. At this point I'm essentially told that they wouldn't help me because I requested a return to sender and that refunds can't be issued with such a request. They also refused to escalate any further because of the request even though 1) That wasn't my initial request and 2) He didn't explain any of this to me.Never using FedEx again. Hopefully my item gets back to me undamaged because I can only assume they're going to void the insurance as well.

My brother went to Salt Lake City and left his driver's license behind. I went to FedEx on Sunday July 3rd and paid $39 for it to be delivered Tuesday the 5th by 4:30pm. Well as of July 13th it still hasn't been delivered...it's just sitting at a fedex facility in West Valley, UT. I've had trouble with FedEx's 2nd day shipping a couple years ago when ordering a cell phone. Their service isn't reliable and neither is their customer service. 0/5 stars.
