The people are very Friendly but FEDEX as a company is awful. You can't talk to a live person at all. This is the second package I have tried to ship overnight that wasn't. Find another way to send your packages FEDEX doesn't care about your business.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but I was flying home from Kansas City on MLK Day and wanted to mail myself my toiletries that I didn’t want to fly home with because I didn’t feel like checking my bag at the airport. I walked in and was helped within 1 minute, gave the shipping address and my information, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes, probably closer to 5 minutes! It being so close to the airport was a welcome bonus!

This facility is completely useless. Had to return google fiber equipment, but this lousy place couldn't even scan the return qr code. So what is this useless building for then? What a joke, do better FedEx

Called to inquire about the latest time I could drop off a package to be shipped the same day, all I got was an automated voice who couldn’t give me an answer. I was not able to get through to any human operators. A five second question turned into a five minute phone call that led me to no new information. Customer service at fed ex is usually pretty good, but they need to have their employees answer the phone instead of having an automated system that is limited to “yes” or “no” communication/answers.

Staff onsite is friendly and competent. Shipping from here is easy as it should be. My chief complaint is if you are using this location as a Hold for Pickup destination be wary of the delivery claim for 10:30 am. This station is dependent upon the Front Street location to process their holds and return them to this location. In the past, i could count on packages being available as early as 0930, in keeping with most other FedEx Ship Centers I visit. However, now it is the rare occasion when the holds arrive before 1030. I have mentioned this on multiple occasions to multiple staff here and get the unified message "Not my fault" instead of the expected "We are FedEx, and we will try to help you."I now go out of my way as much as possible to avoid having any holds shipped to this station, but the next closest station at Front street is 25 miles away, so if I need a part here in North KC, I can plan a 50 mile trip out of my way.

I went in to mail a package at 6:55. Suzy, one of the representatives, waived me down to her station. I wanted to mail a package without a customer number, and she got huffy and passed me off to the other guy working the counter (who was busy with someone else) because it was 7 and time for her to leave. The guy representative (and I so wish I could remember his name) was amazing. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Suzy? She should be let go. Not an asset to the customer service at FedEx.
