Staff is always rude no matter what. Everytime I’ve gone here they have crazy attitude and unwillingness to help you. Don’t talk to staff unless you need to or you want to be annoyed for the next 20 minutes. Yall need to fix it.

This five below was one of the best that I've seen lots of things to choose from the staff was really friendly I was chatting up with the customers and whatever asking if they needed help I'd go back there again

Manager at the 119th & Merlin Store in shopping center. She was wonderful we had been trying to find a particular item that was not available anywhere else. She looked in the back and couldn’t find it but looked and Gould it. Called in the morning & held for us to pickup. Went out of her way and we will certainly go there again even though one is closer. Her effort was much appreciated and obviously customer satisfaction is a priority.

Everyone was friendly except for the cashier at the front near the parking lot. I bought a couple cheap dumbbells and when I asked for a bag she hit one on the counter then dropped it into the bag and then dropped the bag on the counter. She definitely deserves the job she has.
