i’m also not happy with that company. I shipped a lot of time with them and also I receive it a lot of truckload with them but the last time when I send it couple things couple pallets they lying for the weights I measured the weights on the pallet and after that, I receive it additional charge for that. and now they’re gonna send me on collection for $136 five dollars.??don’t use them[FINAL DEMAND LETTERDate: March 6, 2024Account C88DearThis letter is a final demand to$$$$$ regarding SERIOUSLY PAST DUE INVOICES. Like many, we are a long term customer of freightquote. This business relationship has unfortunately reached the end. Freightquote has become very unprofessional and dubious about add on charges. When you chat with their customer service team they will tell you anything to satisfy the conversation in that moment. All matters are supposedly escalated, but no follow through and commitment to their word. They are empty words with the hope that you will forget and take on all the extra charges. What looks to be a competitive rate isn't. Make a wide turn and avoid them.

My company has been a long-time customer of FreightQuote, and up until recently, my experience with them has been exceptional. However, since the introduction of new management, I have noticed a significant decline in the level of service and personal attention we receive.One of the reasons we initially chose FreightQuote was the dedicated account representative who handled all our needs promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the new management seems to view our monthly volume as insufficient, leading to a change in their approach. Rather than maintaining the personal touch that we appreciated, we are now being directed towards an impersonal online platform for submitting requests and dealing with customer service and long hold times.The transition to this less personal platform has been frustrating and time-consuming. Instead of having a knowledgeable account representative who understands our specific needs, we are now left waiting in limbo for responses to our online requests. The lack of a direct point of contact means that we have to rely on faceless customer service agents who may not be familiar with our account history or understand the urgency of our requests.What disappoints me the most is the apparent disregard for loyal customers who have been with the company for years. It seems that our business is not significant enough to warrant the time and attention of the new management. This change in attitude has left us feeling undervalued and unimportant as customers.As a result, we have started exploring alternative options for our business needs. The declining quality of service and the impersonal nature of the new platform have made us question whether FreightQuote is still the right fit for us. It is disheartening to witness a company that once prioritized customer satisfaction lose sight of the importance of personalized service and loyalty.

Seriously, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY, and the companies they work with! I was a fool and did not do my research before booking with Freightquote and the carrier line they linked me with, Central Transport. You will be quoted one price, but I swear to you they will bill you something different at the end. And not at the very end, no, they try to add charges WEEKS after..I have already left my review of Central Transports part of this disaster, so I'll stick with the facts on freightquote. Both parties will tell you there is nothing they can do and that you will need to contact the other company!! I made several calls into freightquote with problems and concerns but got absolutely no where. They really like to play the d*** card! Just do yourself a favor and save yourself the MASSIVE headache I ended up with trying to deal with these INCOMPITENET companies, and pay the extra for a reputable company. You wont end up with all the extra expenses you are GUARANTEED to acquire with this company.

I have had a very unpleasant experience with C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. I shipped 5 pallets with them, but only 3 arrived at their destination. As a result, I have lost tens of thousands of dollars. Although the shipment was insured, they have not paid out any insurance nor delivered the 2 missing pallets.The worst part is that I believe they are intentionally ignoring my claims because they are an American company and they know it's difficult for me, as a European, to pursue legal action against them. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling.I urge anyone considering using C.H. Robinson Worldwide Inc. to think twice and consider other options. As for me, I will continue to pursue my claim through legal means and hold them accountable for their unprofessional and unethical behaviour.

We have used Freight Quote for years. We left them 3 years back...because extra fees kept getting added on to our quotes and invoices. The freight classes kept changing as well. Our agents never helped us...not once. -So, we left them and refused to go back for 3 years. In the meantime, we kept getting emails/calls for us to return to them. They even threw out a $100 credit on the first shipment....so we took a leap of faith and went back to them. What happened, the same damn thing.....extra fees, lack of support, freight classes changing, etc... Our agent wouldn't even have his boss call me to allow us to report this. We asked two different times. Advice, deal with the freight companies directly.....yes, you will pay a little more BUT will get 10s faster and better service and won't get screwed on quotes/extra fees. Very disappointed and we have shipped thousands of items! Check out Fedex or R and L Carriers.

terrible service. paid in full for service but goods never got picked up. Called them multiple times and got lied all the time. Shocking how a company like that are allowed to operate. Unreliable and stay clear.

I used FreightQuote for about 10 years, until my company went through a restructure that eliminated the need for freight. Price was always a factor and freightquote was always extremely competitive. If you can maintain a touch of flexibility you shouldn't be disappointed. We were always given a delivery time frame that was workable, and the amount of savings over the years was indisputably beneficial.

This is the first and LAST dealing I will have with Freightquote. I ordered a shipment to be picked up from my home in Atlanta, TX and delivered to someone in Berwick, PA. On 7-9-21 XPO picked up the shipment of reclaimed boards. About two weeks later, the buyer contacts me to let me know the boards have not arrived. I chat with freightquote on the 27th and they said that the carrier (XPO) had the shipment due to be delivered on the 28th. Another couple of weeks go by, and the shipment still has not delivered. When the buyer calls the terminal in PA, they tell him that the shipment never arrived. When I call freightquote, they produce a POD that has been forged dated the 7th of AUG. When I login to freightquote, it says my order was delievered on 7/14/21. I am uploading picks of the tracking information and the "POD". I would never use this company or XPO if I wanted my shipment to get to where it is going!!!! I am still debating on whether or not to hire a lawyer based on the principle of their fraud!!

Quoted $400, charge my card for an additional $500 without my permission. FQ's rep said they had no control over their 3rd party carrier's (Central Transport) extra charges. I never had this trouble with UShip. I hope they are proud of that ill gotten $500 because its the last they'll get from my company!

If you want a spineless freight broker this is the one for you. I have never worked with a broker before that puts the carrier first. LTL shipments can arrive months late, damaged and Freightquote WILL NOT fight for you to get your claim approved and be compensated.
