The best thrift store in Independence. Great prices from people genuinely trying to do good in the world. When I donate, I donate here.

Went to donate a truck load of stuff (some of which is pictured) and the older lady said we don't want any of it. Apparently they are stocked up and don't need anymore gas powered edgers, 12" dual subwoofers in a box, rakes, shovels, 2 Makita cordless drills, a belt sander, and even a big spool of yellow chain worth about $100. There was even a massive amplifier that works (12" subwoofers also worked) that the lady didn't want. Two of the expensive weighted chairs looked a little run down but they just needed cleaning. I'm glad they can turn down good stuff that could be sold to help those in need. I'll take it down to goodwill where they at least know what good stuff looks like.

AWFUL experience!! I've never been so disrespected in donating. The lady was rude, went off, told us we were idiots, offended our donations, told us she had COVID and now we have it while screaming and our face. Refused to tell us her name. The poor associates that worked with her were terrified. I’m all the years of going here, I’ve never been so offended.

Astounded by the merchandise variety, at this partially hidden, unprepossessing thrift store.....Touting the excellent charitable direction, toward Women/Orphans/Widows (WOW), this business has a small furniture area, glass wear, hand thrown pottery, dolls, etc. I almost always find incredible deals....Yesterday, I found an early 2000s torchiere floor lamp, in perfect condition.... Original price, for this tall bronze-like marvel, of ambiant lighting: 650.00...... My price: 65.00....!!! Not one chip in the large marbled globe....Good cause, nice clean shoppe, and a little afternoon hunting trip; lots of fun... Across the street from Olive Garden, on 40 hwy, right before the Noland Road intersection.... It is down the hill, in a demolition area, right next to a solitary Dollar General......... Take a look...!!!?

This is my all time favorite thrift store. I have been to many places in my day but this is by far the best! Amazing prices, HUGE selection in every department from clothes to furniture to home goods, clean store, lots of parking, friendly staff and clientele as well. If you want it, they have it. If you didn't even know you needed it they have that too! I tell everyone I know about my favorite little thrift store!

I literally live 5 minutes from this store for 8 years and never visited until a month ago. Now I want to go every day! First, the prices are so reasonable. Clothes are $3 per item and I found a Christian Dior skirt in there. DIOR for $3! Second, they have some great pop-up deals if you follow them on Facebook. Right before they moved into their new location, they had an everything's $1 sale. Occasionally they'll have a fill your bag for $7 etc. but you need to follow them. Finally, the store was always clean and very organized. I can't wait to see what kind of gems I'll find when they re-open in their bigger location. Whether you live near or far, it will surely be worth the trip.

They need more stuff. I like the set up except the hardware/tool area is very difficult to get around in because the small area is not really handicapped accessible. The ambience is nice as they usually have calm music playing.Prices not bad. They will be moving 2 doors down since construction got I next door.
