Only been here twice, was never greeted or helped by the store associates while I shopped. Today I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom (they putted a bench and a trashcan outside the restroom) and the associate just complained that they can’t even use their own restrooms either and the store is really understaffed…she looks like she just not happy to work there. Later I asked if there are any restrooms nearby she just shook her head and then said customers just took advantages of their restroom so it became really dirty. She didn’t even make eye contact with me…the conversation got so awkward and she made me feel that I was one of those unwelcome customers…don’t think I will ever visit this location again :(

went to the plaza location to talk to employee Sabrina about a set i ordered online. It was a cute, decently priced sweatshirt and sweatpants set that i wore for a day and loved them, washed one time and the quality was ruined. the fabric changed colors and i wanted and exchange or return, but they did not honor it nor did they give me any other options. After being a long time loyal customer here i am saddened that the quality of clothes is going down and the customer service is declining as well. will no longer be recommending this clothing store.

Found some shorts that fit me very well but I was literally sweating bullets in the fitting rooms. I thought it was because i was coming from walking in the heat. I was so flustered and overwhelmed by the heat that I didn’t even finish trying on the clothes i had. When I got to the front the employees were offering water bottles and they had fans going, that’s when I realized the AC was out. I was amazed by the employees unwavered and positive attitudes. The two guys at the register were incredibly kind and apologetic. As I was leaving I heard them mention this was the 3rd summer in a row this has happened.
No customer wants to shop or try on clothes in the heat. The employees should not have to work like that either but they did so with a smile on their face. They are the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review

I've shopped at Old Navy years. I have never been so disappointed. I will never ever shop at the KC Plaza Old Navy ever again!!! My brother and I came in to shop for a pajama party. We were dressed very decent, but the so called floor staff, greeted us but then followed us in the store, targeting us as though we were going to shoplift. I understand, we both work in retail, and its the holiday season. Well We tried not to let it bother us, but it did. We came in again on the 23rd with our 77 year old mother, and they did the same thing, followed my brother, my mother and me around acting like we were going to steal! I'm irritated and will never shop old Navy! Sorry but you don't have anything that bad for me to steal!!! I understand you have to be on alert, but single handedly picking and choosing to judges people, especially, is wrong and ridiculous!

They don’t carry plus sizes, some xxl and 18, nothing above. Haven’t been to a old navy like that in a long long time. Usually the one store I can count on, don’t waste your time coming.
