We had an awesome experience with Matthew Eklund. So much so that I am writing this review immediately after leaving. We didn’t feel hassled, they asked a reasonable price, were very workable, and the team all around was pleasant. Highly recommend!

Went up to this location was very very pleased with my time spent!!! Was helped by salesmen Jason Edwards, not only a resounding personality but great at his job and knowing just how to fit his customers! He thoroughly took his time in getting to know me and my style while also getting well acquainted on a personal level and just taking an interest in the person in front of him! 10/10 would recommend a visit and to ask for Jason, he won’t set you in the wrong direction!

My husband and I bought a truck with Matt. He went absolutely above and beyond and was not letting us leave without the price we had in mind. We worked with several incredible people but, Matt really made sure we were taken care of! Absolutely will be returning to this man for all our future vehicles.

If you need a vehicle and you have less than perfect credit see Charlie Henderson and Josie Moore, they work their tails off to get you in the car or truck that you want. Josie is somewhat of a magician when it comes to getting you financed along with the GM Terry. I can tell you from experience as we have bought five from them and my credit is not the best. They won't disappoint with their customer service from making sure you have a drink and they even fed us as well since we were there most of the day. Will definitely be back to buy my next truck later this year. THANKS AGAIN GUYS YOUR GREAT ??

Took our Navigator here for cosmetic repair after a minor fender bender with a deer. This place had our car for almost a month with no call as to what was going on. When I called to check on our vehicle I was told by Rodney that the original $3000 estimate increased to over $8000 and that the ins company was totaling the car out. Mind you now the accident happened on Nov 24. My husband drove the truck for a month before we could drop it off for the estimate and repair. Gary Crossley collision center disassembled the front end of our vehicle and created damage that was not there only to raise the estimate. I don’t know if they wanted to keep our truck or what but this place is a total fraud. How does an estimate increase by $5000 for a simplebumper repair. I will NEVER come here again for ANYTHING! Nor will I refer anyone else to come here for anything.

Gary Crossley Ford is always a great place to take my car for maintenance. I feel they spend the time to actually meet my needs and explain things to me that I don’t understand. They haven’t ever pressured me into doin something if I don’t quite have the funds at the point in time either. Jeffrey R. in the service department has been kind, patient, and efficient. He went above and beyond to look through our records in depth without any sense of irritation. We really appreciated him double checking some things for us. Thank you so much for helping us out!

I just wanted to take a minute to write a review for my recent experience at Gary Crossley Ford. As I went to look for a car with no intention of buying at the last minute of the night I ended up leaving with a car that's absolutely amazing. Jason did an absolutely amazing negotiating with me and helped me pick out what car was going to be best for me for the long run. I went looking for a car that is reliable, works good in all climates, is modern and new and Jason got me just that plus more. I cant Thank Jason and Tannis enough for everything that they did especially at the last minute of the night. I would highly recommend them to anyone look to buy and finance a car.

My wife took her Ford Edge in for service. The backup camera stopped working a few weeks ago, and then the dual-zone climate control started acting up. She was told it was 2 separate problems and was charged 2 diagnosis fees. They found and repaired the climate control issue (blend door), but told my wife they would have to charge her more to find out the exact issue with the camera as they would have to remove and test it before they could be sure? She declined, paying over $740.00 for a blend door, and brought home a list of "recommended services" for her vehicle. Several of the "recommended services" I recently had done at Gary Crossley. When I asked why they would recommend services that were just done, I was told, "Those were recommended services based on mileage." That doesn't change the fact that we just had them done. Be very cautious when taking your vehicle here. They will charge you for services they do not complete and recommend services you don't need.

My salesman was Clark. He was very informative and helped me with hooking up my phone and learning about the computer screen. I've been up there a couple of other times, and Clark was busy. So, the other 2 people helped me with any questions I had. I would go back to Gary Crossley FORD for all my car needs.

Worked with Dan Pearon to by my new truck. Hand's down the best car shopping / buying experience I've ever had. Very professional, knowledgeable staff that was in no way pushy. Dan went above and beyond for me throughout the process from start to finish. Can't recommend working with these guys enough.

Service department is either incompetent, malicious, or both. I took my truck in because the “Low Engine Oil Pressure” warning was going off when idling. Tech said the oil pressure sensor needed to be replaced. Paid over $600 to get the work done, and after picking it up, by the time I got home, the warning was again going off. I had picked it up after the service department was closed, so I immediately sent an email explaining the issue was still present. I have never received a response from the email, but I did follow up with a call the next day, and I was scheduled to bring my truck in the following Friday and was told there would be no diagnostic fee. I called in today, Thursday, to cancel the appointment, since the warning has not appeared for the last 3 days. Was told the appointment was never made, and I would have to pay another $160 diagnostic fee, since I didn't bring the truck back in the same day. I will never go back to Gary Crosley Ford, for any reason, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

Very disappointed. I received a l teeter in the mail regarding an extended warranty and recall for my car. Scheduled an appointment online and when I Input information it populated the recall information. Show up to my appointment this morning and was first told they weren't doing any of those repairs. Upon questioning she asked for a manager who then told me that they couldn't do the repair because my engine light wasn't on, even though the letter stated "exhibiting symptoms" which my car was. The service manager was rude and not helpful. I left without service.

Clark was extremely helpful in explaining our different options we had. As a new car buyer he made the process very easy and a lot less stressful than I imagined it to be. He worked around my schedule and even stayed after hours to help me know exactly how to use the features on my new car.All other staff were very kind and helpful as well. I am very satisfied with my new car and how the car buying process went at Gary Crossley Ford.

Our experience with Parker while searching for a used F150 was great. He proved to be a professional, surpassing our expectations by going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction throughout the entire process.An unfortunate situation arose during our visit to finalize the purchase of a vehicle we were interested in. It's worth noting that we had already test driven this vehicle before it underwent reconditioning for sale. Nevertheless, our intention was to go for an additional test drive with the specific purpose of evaluating the newly installed tires. The salesman also informed us that we were the first in line, despite another interested party being en route to inspect the vehicle. Upon our return from the test drive, we entered the dealership to engage in price negotiations. It was during this conversation that we were informed by the Preowned Director that the car had already been sold to the other interested party. According to their account, this party had arrived precisely at the same time as us. Unfortunately, the sale had been completed while we were out on the test drive. It's possible that better communication among the team members could have helped avoid this predicament. But you know, stuff happens.Although we missed out on the F150, we ended up purchasing a Ram 1500 from another dealership. Even though things didn't work out, we still appreciate the assistance Parker provided us during our search.
