Easy to locate even tucked away from the main thoroughfare. The pharmacy access was efficient & quick with very friendly staff. We had called ahead so the pharmacist knew who I was when I picked up the scripts that were ready.

I used Genoa for years and was in a first name basis with almost everyone. one day Dallas had a problem with every prescription I had, every single one. this paranoia caused so much damage in my life. the end result was I lost my primary, but found pain management, and had to switch pharmacies and psychiatrists. you caused nothing but damage Dallas. thank you

Can’t beat your much needed medicine delivered right to your mailbox! Can be a little slow but, I believe that depends on where you live at.

I loved this place and went here for about 10 yrs. But now,Queen Dallas will allow u to have ur meds if she deems u worthy enough. They play games with prescriptions, insult you in subtle ways. Unless they like you, of course. Very high schooly way to act. Takes more than that, but others should know my experience. I would expect a healthcare professional to put her opinions aside and do her job, but that's just me. Dallas j blocks prescriptions untul she sees fit for u to have them, not j one or two, I've counted 6 prescriptios she blocked that i j took to cvs, as if the Dr is unable to make that choice himself.

The pharmacist will explain new medication to you and they really do care. It was the day prior to my birthday and they put a birthday card in my sack I will never leave you. CVS kiss my grits.

They need to tell people their delivery service stops at 1:30 instead of 2:00. They NEVER wait until 2:00.

Very friendly staff, they make refilling meds and picking up my scripts convenient and quick. Genoa will even send your medicine to your house in the mail, which is so convenient. Genoa staff calls me when I'm up for a refill on my medicine to let me know and refilling my medicine is easier than ever. I love Genoa pharmacy, I would definitely recommend it to a friend!!

As a customer I have always appreciated the excellent service I have received at Genoa Pharmacy. I have been using them for 5 years and have never really had a problem. They are 100 times better than Walmart Pharmacy and much faster than CVS or Walgreens.

The team were very unprofessional and was a team that gossip about those that come to help them they will give you a bad rap to other companies even though it was there disrespect that caused you to leave the pharmacist seem great up front but if u sneak up she normally discussed to other techs your problem instead of coming to u to have a chance alot of things seem racist to the other workers
