I had cars fixed here years ago when it was car star no problem. I can’t even get them to call the adjuster after writing my estimate so I can schedule an appointment for repair. They were pretty rude when I went to my appointment for my estimate but I was going to pass on writing a bad review until they refuse to do their job. I am an insurance adjuster it is the repair shop and adjuster JOB to coordinate payment exc not the claimant otherwise wouldn’t I just be paying out of my pocket?!?
***Update I was able to schedule an appointment with Crash Champions they were super helpful and personable and have an on site adjuster that will take the necessary steps with the insurance company to have my repair completed after the initial estimate appointment.
DO BETTER GERBER OR CLOSE THE DOORS IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS CORRECTLY

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Gerber team on Vivion Road! John and Marsha were always friendly and very responsive. My insurance brought us to Gerber, but I would recommend Gerber to anyone with collision and glass needs, whether on your own or through insurance. The entire process was easy and stress free. Most of the front end on my Ford Escape needed replaced. John and his team had it in, repaired, and returned to me in 9 days. My Escape looks like it just rolled off the dealership lot! I am so impressed and pleased with the entire process. Thank you!!

Between the tow truck company, and Gerber they cleaned out my car before I could even find it. After a week of searching for it. And they lost my key, Did nothing to fix it. Just called my mom and i, telling me to call the tow truck company to figure out where it was .... I had important documents and expensive sunglasses and a few things that I had will never see again.
