Between the tow truck company, and Gerber they cleaned out my car before I could even find it. After a week of searching for it. And they lost my key, Did nothing to fix it. Just called my mom and i, telling me to call the tow truck company to figure out where it was .... I had important documents and expensive sunglasses and a few things that I had will never see again.

I have a ford focus se, someone hit my back bumper and my front bumper was also falling off from the clips being pulled, they quoted me $1700 to fix my front bumper and farmer insurance covered my back bumper from the lady hitting it. I drive off and not even two weeks later my bumper is on the ground again because they never took the old clips out! Then I called and had them look at the old clips and the new clips. My bumper was dragging on the ground from it falling out and it cracked, so John King said my bumper clips broke from me hitting something. Maybe it was the ground when my clips broke off but in two weeks of driving it, I never hit a curb or a bump or anything, I have a dash camera to prove it. They said they won’t fix my clips and now my bumper looks worse than it did when I brought it in.Service: Body & Trim

CAN YOU SAY GREAT SERVICE???I don't even know where to begin!Through this whole process Troy and Marsha have been amazing and very transparent with communication. Long story short, there was some water damage that my car endured and I was so worried. And Why wouldn't I be? This has never happened to me.Thankfully I was blessed to be referred to Gerber Collision! Troy has been very straight forward with me through this whole process and took the time to explain my options in detail, which gave me a sense of comfort knowing that I and my vehicle were being taken care of. I went to the shop and met with Troy and he gave me a step by step process of what would or could happened and it really gave me InSite on what to do next! Marsha was very quick to relay communication between Troy and I and it made this process so smooth and painless as well. I will NEVER take my car to another shop if something like this happens again. Gerber is now my place and I am happy to say I would recommend them to friends, family and strangers! Not only is their work pristine, the customer service will blow you out of the water!Thank you Gerber, and HUGE thank you to Troy & Marsha! :)

"Marsha" needs to learn some phone etiquette. The whole place does really. I called in and was treated like I'm wasting their time.We were told *by our insurance* that Gerber will Valet our car to the shop. "Marsha" sternly let me know they "haven't done this since before covid"Covid is over, and you probably need to get with your "in-network" insurance providers to make sure your shop and the providers are on the same page.

Going through the process of USAA insurance to get my car repaired: Gerber is a USAA approved location to get an inspection before you can actually get your vehicle approved for repairs. My experience was nice until the woman who schedules the repairs called. She’s very off putting.I informed her that I would like to make an appointment but I would like to explore my options as I have the right to use any body shop and I would give her a call if I didn’t want to move forward with them. This was the moment she started to have an attitude with me, she inquired as to why, I informed her that I was more comfortable using a Toyota certified auto shop because color matching to my decently new vehicle. She gave me more sass and said I better call her back to cancel, which I repeated that I said I had planned to.I called back today, the next day, to cancel because I definitely wasn’t going to use them due to yesterday’s interaction. She continued to speak to me in a snotty tone while I was canceling my appointment, so she might just wake up like that.

I had my front and back bumpers repaired due to garage parking problems. They are very nice and professional. They did a fairly good job, especially for the time and the price. However, I always take a picture of my mileage before I get work done anywhere and then take one after. They put 60 miles on my car. I don't even put 60 miles on my car in a week. They had it 2 days. For bumper work. When we questioned it, they said that we were wrong and they wrote down a mileage that did not represent what my picture showed. Sometimes, I think I would have more respect for a company if they were just like "yeah, we drove your car around", than straight up calling me a liar. That's really the only issue, but it's kind of thing because how did they treat my car when they were driving around for 60 miles?Service: Body & Trim

Very rude woman, all I was trying to find out was if this was the place that needed to pick up my car. This was the address in my email so I thought this was it. She just needs to have better respect towards people who isn't sure.

I took my vehicle here to be repaired after I was involved in an accident and everything me and Michael talked that was damaged in the accident was not fully repaired. On my front bumper I have a scuff mark that was not painted they repaired the light above the scuff mark but not the scuff mark. My steering wheel has a popping noise in it when I turn the wheel when Michael did my quote he told me he would have to have the vehicle in the shop to see what that was and that they would bill insurance for that after I bring my vehicle in to be repaired. On my passenger side front door area when I was in the accident my passenger door was hit which caused a little gap in the door which caused it to leak when it rained or snowed etc. they couldn’t get me in for two months I went in the first week of November for my quote they couldn’t get my vehicle in until January 4th for repairs and it rained and snowed multiple times before I got my vehicle in for repairs which caused damage to my roof liner and caused the roof liner to be stained and damaged and hanging down from getting wet. I’m more furious about all this because when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up none of this was mentioned to me that it wasn’t repaired I had to find out my self when I picked my vehicle up. No one walked me around my vehicle I just was handed my key and sent on my way after I got into my vehicle and I noticed these damages I was told I would have to call back because Michael was at the dentist. When I called to ask about these items I was told we’ll look into it. Look into it how? I now have my vehicle this is a huge inconvenience because now I will have to rearrange to have my vehicle dropped off.
