I visited three different storage companies and I immediately chose this one. The prices are incredibly affordable, the units are clean, and the buildings are very secure. The customer service made a huge difference; Sifonia answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the facilities, even showing me the different units so I could compare their sizes. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Sophia was very helpful and easy to communicate with , she assisted me in a timely manner and was very courteous.
But when it came down to me getting back in with my code I wasn't able to get in. Gave them a call and was told 4 different times that all my documents wasn't signed so I keep signing and about 2 hour latter final getting a person that didn't give me a run around and all my stuff setting outside the gate got the help I needed from the start to get me in

Easily one of the worst businesses I’ve ever encountered district manager was no help. Store Manager clearly was no help and we had to call the police twice. They also put a $30 insurance fee after I advise them that I have insurance. It’s clearly a scam to get people to pay for insurance they don’t need
