I went here with my children, and a massive fight, probably 60 kids were involved, broke out among older teenagers/young adults. Cops were called and responded with their guns drawn. Parents drop off unsupervised kids, and it's a mess. Rush has no safety measures in place to prevent these types of incidents.

Exhorbitant prices. $25 for three hours, whether a kid or parent for a handful of attractions. Parents, you'll need a ticket to take your kids on the go-karts. The arcade is of course, pay as you play, and you'll be paying a lot. The building is a black hole for your phone signal. The fact that you're locked into one high price is the deal breaker. Not a good value. As we speak, my wife and brother are complaining at the front desk.

If I could give a rating of 0 out of 10 I would. From the second we walked in it was a bad experience. To set the scene, I called this location earlier this week and spoke with a female employee. I inquired on bringing cake and food for the birthday party we were throwing for my 7 year old. I was told no problem, they didn't really have food to sell so bringing in outside food was ok. I clarified that I could bring food, drinks, and treats and was told that was fine. We walked in the front doors today and the 'manager' Cameron told us we couldn't have any food. I was at the counter trying to buy wristbands for 25 people and tried to speak with the manager about what I was told. He told me there was nothing to do except pay them an additional $50 to eat our food. I explained to him what I had been told the previous week and he responded verbatim "You don't have to be here, you can just go somewhere else." Which coming from anyone in a management position was like a smack in the face to a paying patron. The manager didn't offer any alternate options except just leave. The manager Cameron alleged tried to reach someone in upper management and we were told the upper management didn't want to speak to is because it was their day off.We put our food to the side and the manager passive aggressively followed us around the arcade the entire time we were there. He hovered as my son opened his gifts and our guests left. Each time our group tried to experience a different attraction we had to go get help as no employees were at their stations to start the activities. I'm extremely disappointed and can guarantee we will not come back here or recommend it to anyone, ever. When I asked if there was someone above this manager today I was given the arcades number and told to ask for Berry sometime M-F which was super helpful when there an issue on a Sunday.I can easily spend my $400 somewhere else that values their patrons and doesn't lie to them just to try to get another quick $50 when people get in the door and have no other option.

We had so much fun here! And what a great value, too. For $30 you can do every event all day. ALL DAY! Bowling, billiards, laser tag, go karts, and a foam pit! The arcade games are extra and pricey, but anywhere else one game of last tag is $15+. Here, it's unlimited. Even the bowling is unlimited for thirty bucks! Everything was clean and the attendants were kind and helpful. Or kids would still be here if we didn't make them leave. :) You honestly won't find a better deal anywhere!

Very Fun place to take your family. It’s fun for everyone. In my observation they have activities for smaller children (4-8) like bumper cars, even rally cars, bowling, mini golf, foam pit/w trampoline. To activities for older children (9-15) pool tables, bumper cars, rock climbing wall, miniature golf, laser tag, go carts, bowling. They have a arcade for every age group. I think this place was great my family with children ranging from 5-16 all collectively had a wonderful time. The pricing could be seen as expensive I think for a larger family but it was fair I think and I would describe as affordable. However arcade game are not included in the pricing which is set by time constrictions not by the activity. So you could pay $30/3 hrs of unlimited activities. The atmosphere was great and everyone in my party thought it was great. My family and I would definitely revisit this place for some fun out of the sun ?. Restrooms were clean, my only complaint there were no options to buy food but even with this minor inconvenience it was a very great place.

Visiting from Iowa for family vacation. We arrived early in Kansas City with some time to waste. There's plenty for everyone to do without spending a lot of money. The whole family played mini golf ⛳️, bumper cars, go karts, bowling ?, and laser tag. Almost forgot about the jump pit. You also can't missed the arcade as well. It was a good time and would have visit again if it wasn't for the five hour drive there .

Great fun for kids. Pretty clean for the most part. I wasn’t too satisfied with having my child’s birthday party here. We paid for 3 hours of playing time although the party only lasted 2 hours. The staff never came back and assisted us at any time. The party was in a shared room.

Was a fun experience for my kids, I booked a private birthday party for over $100 that included nothing other than 2 tables and 16 chairs. No one informed me that the attractions were NOT included in the party package. The one $20 card was for arcade games ONLY, and were so pricey that after two arcade games it was completely empty.

my daughter brought her friend, both are inexperienced drivers. while on the go carts she drove slow and on the outside. some punk teenagers crashed her several times. The manager said he reviewed the tapes and saw nothing. I was in the car next to her and SAW EVERYTHING !! my other teenage children said the same driver flipped them off and cussed at them on the track 40 minutes prior. way to keep it fun. I then spent the next 20 minutes consoling my daughters friend. way to ruin a fun time

Honestly I went to this place some mixed expectations. But was definitely surprised by some of the issues that arose for me. First off for the price, it wasn't bad since all the major things were included as everyone knows bowling alone can get pricey. I was happy with that. But the laser tag area was not well ventilated so our group got overheated quickly. Games were a little overpriced so you ran out of credits quickly. We didn't get a chance to do the putt putt course as we had several issues with the foam pit that led to us leaving a little early. The foam pit was my biggest issue, as there was no staff over there to supervise anyone. Yes my group were all over 18, but one of my friends got stuck and with how loud the music was I couldn't hear her when she yelled she was stuck and had tweaked her ankle jumping in. This area without staff supervision could be dangerous.
