Please do your best to check everything out on a vehicle from this place! I bought a truck from here a couple weeks ago and my check engine light came on after filling it up before I got home. I had it checked by O'Reilly, they said it's probably the gas cap. But today I noticed my rear end leaking and a burning smell. So like I said please take your time inspecting vehicles from this place. I'll never go back nor suggest it.

Originally came in and looked at a couple of cars. Decided on one and was informed by Justin that they would hold the car and fix the issues that were causing the engine light to come on before I actually left with the car. Once they called and said the car was ready, I came and picked it up Monday night with no lights on inside. The next morning on my drive to work. The engine light came on. From there they had me bring the car back so they could work on it some more. It was there almost 2 weeks when I picked up the car still had the engine light on. They told me I should just use my warranty that I purchased with the car. I was unable to since insurance stated this was a pre-existing issue eventually they gave me the name to another shop, where they said they would pay for the work to be done. I dropped the car off and picked it up in the same condition. Called the shop brought it back and left it for another two weeks. Was told I could come and pick it up. It was safe to drive while they ordered new parts for it. Brought it back in and left it again, picked up the car once again and had the same reoccurring issue. Called back to government fleet asking for help since they said they would fix this issue before I even signed for the car. They asked what I want them to do about it and refused to offer any more help, they told me to contact the shop myself. I reached back out to the shop again and was told to drop the car off and wait a couple of weeks. The whole time I’m a single mom with two small kids and live 45 minutes from my job. Now I’ve spent several hundred dollars on Uber and giving people gas money to get back-and-forth to work while I’m also maintaining a car payment on a car, I can’t drive now. I dropped the car off at least five separate occasions at the shop they referred me to that. They supposedly paid. The last time I picked up the car, the engine light was still on when I was sitting in the parking lot. They refused to offer me any help without spending any money. I took the car to a different shop of my choice where I’ve now spent over $3000 in repairs before owning the car for six months. I also had to spend $175 within 30 days of owning the car because the battery was crap. After spending $3000 on a down payment for the car. Here I am at almost a full year of owning this car and it is still having issues. it is currently undrivable and I’ve exhausted all my finances in it. do your own research on cars you get from them.

I had a great experience at Governent Fleet Sales! Cameron had the car I was interested in ready for my arrival and he was very quick and efficient with the buying process. He didn’t try to push any extra costs and the price was very reasonable!

Truck has been great and they have been great and seem to have a reputation for selling well maintained fleet vehicles judging by all of the old newspaper clippings on display in the building…shows a history of repeat customers which says a lot
