Adequate for basic haircuts. Don’t take little kids though. I took my 2 1/2 year old and they refused to cut his hair because he won’t sit perfectly still.

My husband came home with his hair buzzed off all over his head. He asked for size three at the bottom and 5 on top. I don’t understand how it’s all buzzed off the same length. They just kept saying he got what he asked for. Again would a five guard cut the hair longer than a smaller size. It looks like he enlisted in the military. It’s the same length all over his head. Not what he went in there looking like and definitely NOT what he asked for. He even has a card on file that describes what he gets and they didn’t bother looking at it Be cautious if you choose to go here.

Relax.. you’re at Great Clips! Thats a new slogan or I just never noticed it before. But it’s pretty accurate. Confidence in getting a good haircut is what helps you relax, and I was relaxed.. I know it’s just a haircut, but who doesn’t walk out feeling like you should be closing a big deal on a new skyscraper when you get a great clip? I do.. *hands deal to the buyer* “now sign here..”

I was in to get my haircut on June 10. Rebecca was my hairstylist. She was great and polite. However her other coworker not sure her name was very rude when I walked in the door and was rude to multiple customers. There should be no reason for them to be rude upfront with anybody that walks in let alone the person that I seen getting their haircut every time she asked him a question she pretty much just talked down to them very unhappy with her customer service

I DON'T KNOW WHO ANSWER THE PHONE BUT I WAS ADRESSING MY CONCERNS THAT IF PEOPLE CAN'T USE ONLINE TO SET APPOOINTMENT UP AND TRY TO SETUP OVER THE PHONE THIS DUMB LADY HUNG UP ON ME JUST PROVES THAT THIS EMPLOYEE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT THIS COMPAY DOESN'T REPRESENT IT VERY GOOD AND OTHER LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD HER PLEASE TO FIND OUT WHO AND COMPLAIN BUT I DOUBT IT SHE EVER WILL WHAT A WAY TO TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS BUT GUESS WHAT YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND I WILL SPREAD IT AROUND THAT 5 CLIPS HAS RUDE EMPLOYEES

Checked in online was able to walk in and be seated. They cut my hair how I wanted and I was out in 20 minutes. They gave me my vet discount.

My son was on the waiting list and two men walk in after him. He checked in like the policy asks. The staff here has changed. The manager is rude and disrespectful. While others wait, she walks outside and is on the phone and sits down. Runs outside to take a personal call where we all can hear her conversation after makeing the comment "My People??" I'm not sure if the owners know how people are being treated. As a CEO I would like to know and find a solution.

I have had decent hair cuts from here before, but today my experience was terrible. First my hair was not cut nearly anywhere close to where I wanted it then once I requested for it to be fixed my hair was then cut far to short for what I had requested.

Usually this place is pretty good but lately the new people there are pretty consistent with messing simple haircuts up. Do not go to Kay! Highly advise asking for someone with more experience!Service: Haircut

Normally I don’t mind great clips because I just need a trim nothing fancy. However I’ve learned my lesson to stay away from this location. Yes you get what you pay for & I should have left when I sat down in Jennifer’s chair and when she asked what I needed I said a trim to make my hair healthy again . She proceeded to ask me what that meant. Lady you’re the hair stylist shouldn’t you know how much you should take off? I should have just walked out at that point however I stayed in the chair . She then proceeded to start cutting without even asking or telling me how much she was cutting off . I have thick hair and normally it takes more than three minutes to cut it . It seemed as she separated it in the sections she took one single chomp with her scissors and she was done. I’m not even sure that it’s even she never did the pulling down from both sides that hair dressers do. Thank goodness my hair is up 99 percent of the time till it grows out. Fair warning ladies don’t take the cheap route
