When I entered PSCU, I was greeted by an African American male who asked can he help me. When I said I wanted to open a new account, he said Logan I need you to take this one (I’m glad he passed me to his coworker). Logan provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. Thank you Logan for raising the bar and being professional!

Logan has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of car shopping. The PSCU staff is always very responsive and friendly (be it calls or emails). Great auto rates and benefits make PSCU a no brainer when financing.

Went in to open a Checking Account for my Daughter. I met a representative previously who told that retired and active First Responders qualified for membership. Although I retired with 35 years, since it was not a Missouri Agency, they refused to allow membership. That was not the issue and the reason for the poor review. The representative at the branch was rude in my opinion, a bit condescending and argumentative. Anyway, we left and will deposit our money elsewhere. Not a way to treat a retired LEO from another state

Morgan did a wonderful job getting our truck loan done smoothly!! We purchased a truck out of town and she made the process so easy by allowing us to esign and had the money wired to our dealership in record time!! Great job Morgan!!!

Over the years I’ve come to expect excellence with GKCPSCU but our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Our interaction with the CU was professional, personal, non-stressful.HUGE kudos to Morgan H. for her addressing “our bumps” in the loan process which were handled immediately and competently. She went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and happy.When the finance manager at the dealership found out we were being financed thru our CU his sales pitch stopped and said he couldn’t compete.That’s all I needed to hear to know the right decision was made.

Excellent customer service, excellent rates, excellent loans, top notch service all around. From all branches or ATMs I have visited , I have never had a single problem and will continue to turn to Public Safety CU for all my banking needs.

This was a wonderful experience, Logan Shaffer was attentive and very informative. The Greater Public Safety Credit Union was extremely helpful and efficient, they even dropped off the finest Topsy’s popcorn. I was in and out within an hour! Very nice

This is by far the most impressive bank or financial institution I ever dealt with. The staff is beyond amazing, incredible and knowledgeable.They work really fast and efficient.Connor, Megan, Bobby, Erica and everyone there is beyond helpful.I close all my auto loans with them in matter of hours ( not days).Some people have negative reviews regarding the fraudulent charges ( it’s a nationwide issue and the regulations are beyond the CU control).I’ve never had a bad experience, they always answer the phone and reply back in a timely manner.

I’ve been a member here since I was 16. I used to love it, and recommended them to everyone who was eligible. Now, I’m on the verge of closing my account with them. I haven’t been able to use my account in months due to a fraudulent charge attempt which caused my card to be shut off. I was grateful this happened, as it prevented the charge from going through. The issue is that it’s been months and I was unable to be issued a new card to replace the one that was shut off. I’ve spoken with the credit union many times, and essentially have just been told this is how it is, and it isn’t their fault, it’s Mastercard. Today I was told it can take 3 months to receive replacement cards, and this seems to be acceptable to the credit union. When I went in to have a card printed off (which I was never told by the credit Union was possible, despite my many attempts to reach out) I wanted to get a new card with the new images on it for my husband as well. I was then told they couldn’t print other cards and was made to feel bad for having the card I actually needed printed off, because they said they were running low on cards. Again, I hadn’t had any cards to use my personal account in months. At this point I hope public service members in my area find other credit unions to utilize. As others have said in their reviews, you’re 100% just a number at this one, and all of the benefits I used to enjoy seem to have disappeared without any concern from this credit union.
