Staff was upfront and attemtive. Kept a clean station and had better forms of entertainment than the other stops. Long layover was no issue, showed my ticket and made a makeshift bed out of my bag and recharged my batteries. Digital and physical. Everything was 2.50, not 3.00 like it was every other stop haha. Little victories.

They have started to improve more but some of these buses really need to be serviced I've been on a few buses that there's no power to charge your devices and no air conditioning or the air conditioning is barely running to keep the bus cool and as for us getting to the different bus stations they really really need to hire someone to stay in there doing the service hours of the day to keep the bathrooms clean you know we do not want to have another pandemic on our hands but with that being said it doesn't all fall on them if It was on the people that's going in there doing it being nasty and disgusting in the bathroom. But the best Greyhound stations are Dallas San Antonio Austin Atlanta bus station is about the best so far I might be missing one or two but so for those are the best. I will keep traveling and keep reporting someone has to listen thank you

Horrible place. No compensation or apologies for endless delays, one employee will tell you one thing when asked a question and another employee will tell you something completely different. All staff is poorly trained or just mentally incapable of doing their job. Half the buses don't show up and the ones that do are usually hours late and the drivers all have bad attitudes. Security guard thinks he's a badass with those two empty guns on his hip ??

There are working bathrooms that's a plus the depot hours are on and off so check on that prior to travel. Drug sniffing dogs always check the busses in KC. In general it's a good bus station.

If you are taking the night right make sure you bring a sweater!! It was so cold!!! The only place we stopped was a convenience store that charged $17 for a kids towel!!! It was so cold though that was my only option!!!! It’s the hottest summer on record! There should be no need for that.

Good service. Customer service and driver very nice. At Kansas city a lot better than Indianapolis. Indianapolis it very bad example of lag of service and who operates at counter is very bad personality.

They can use some improvements. Looks a Lil worn down. It should be kept up like the kci airport. Wouldn't that make since. Everyone coming and going from Kansas City. Learn to represent our selves.

Got me home from a mismanaged trip to Wichita of all foul places to ever go being a man from Kansas City. Though Greyhound was my own knight in shining armor!

Our 8 15 am bus departed at 11 50 from Kansas City, Mo. There were no explanations, there were no apologies offered on behalf of Greyhound. No communication whatsoever. Hours sitting in a depot with an attendant that couldn't be bothered to get off her electronic device and represent a company that so many of us depend on. I travel coast to coast for work and have taken Greyhound busses, too many to count. This delay completely derailed my work schedule and because of that, I will not make a very important once-in-a-lifetime family event. And we couldn't even have the courtesy of communication. So many of us went hungry, confused, unnecessarily upset, schedules ruined, deadlines missed, and future travel arrangements l from this point were missed. If Greyhound is trying to do better by the public that supports their bus lines, they dropped the ball on this one. I believe a refund or voucher in some way would be warranted as a form of apology for the way we all were treated with such disregard.Thank you to the Driver who pushed through whatever he had to just to get to us and get us safely to our destinations.

The Worst experience of my life the bus was 3 hours late getting started which caused me to miss my connection and leave me stranded for 3 days before I could get on another bus i will never ride greyhound again no compensation for my inconvenience no care or concern for their riders This Would Have Been A Better Ride

Didn't go in terminal, just picked up passenger. Parking area clean and accessible. My passenger said ride (1500 miles) "was over crowded, uneventful and glad it's finished."

They are only open during certain times, but every time I have been in there either going somewhere or picking up someone there has been some type of something going on. Such as yelling, cursing, or people arguing. But security is right there, so I'm ok.

It was a dark cold windy night. Wind out of the North at 30 mph. I was alone. But I felt safe. It was clean. And I got home.

Always shady ppl outside. Security is usually good about staying on top of it though. Ladies at the desk are always friendly and helpful. Usually only rude when ppl are rude to them and they seem to have a low tolerance for bs.

Like the one-time arrivals, but bus terminals are still a scary place & I would recommend avoiding if at all possible!
