Always a pleassure working with Hendrick Collision. Not only have they done great work on my car, but I work with them professionally & have seen a constant flow of top-knotch work. The GM Tony Jungman is freidnly and helpful, as well as every staff member I've ever talked to. There is no other body shop I recomment more in all of the KC Metro Area.

Tony at Hendrick collision has taken care of me time and time again. He communicates all important information and gives accurate time frame. My car looks perfect and it’s thanks to the care and consideration of the Collison centers team, but especially Tony!!!

After they finally called me to bring car in for an estimate, first guy left and I didn't know until I brought car back to work on. This lead to me getting Doug who was very helpful but another 2 mos. before car came in for repair. So, not sure how to rate. Brought car in first in July. I picked my car up January 2, 2024. when I took car in for repair, it was out in 2 to 3 wks. There was a union strike, and some parts was discontinued in the midst of all this.

The repair to our Lexus RX350 was exceptional! I would never know that it was damaged. Doug Muenks, and his team at Hendricks Collision Center were terrific. I would highly recommend Hendricks Collission Center.

I am extremely thrilled with the service I received from Hendrick Collision Center. I worked specifically with Paul Retter and he was absolutely phenomenal. Paul was detailed oriented, kind, and diligent at all times. He kept me in the loop with every single detail of my car repairs. In addition, he has amazing negotiation skills with the adjuster/insurance companies. The organization delivers quality work and my car looks awesome! I will continue to use Hendrick Collison for all of my repair needs. The entire staff was also welcoming and kind. Special thanks to Cory at the front desk as well. You all are wonderful! No place like home, KC is the best.

I worked with Wayne to service our BMW and his service was both easy and convenient. He allowed us to communicate through text message to book time and reschedule. Drop off and pick up was also easy. But the most convenient part about this location is the enterprise rental car that is just up stairs the building. Meaning i could drop off the car and then get a rental on the same spot.

Great service & friendly staff! The reason I rated 4/5 stars is because of how long the process took overall — The incident happened on August 23 & my car was completed on November 22!!! I understand that specific BMW parts can take weeks to ship from overseas… but 3 months was a very long time to wait.*PS — I highly recommend working with Derek Jungman! He was incredibly helpful, transparent & efficient. He was quick to respond & he ensured that the final piece was completed before I arrived so I wouldn’t have to come back in.

A great experience at Hendrick Collision Center, beginning with Becki T's quick action in securing the special Lexus windshield that needed to work with the camera. So glad Becki was on it, because subsequent requests for other customers were on back order! Becki traded phone calls and emails with me and my insurance company, which was having communication glitches. Becki and I persevered, exchanging emails and calls, always with a positive tone. With my first call, Becki knew all the steps needed to be done to get the correct windshield, the related equipment, and the need for calibration between the new windshield and the safety features connected to it.Three days later, Hendrick Collision had the necessary equipment. I dropped off my Lexus in the morning, and by the next morning everything was installed, calibrated and ready to go. A nice surprise was finding my car to be expertly cleaned, shiny inside and out, including areas that usually aren't cleaned, like where the doors close. All inside surfaces looked like new. By the way, the final cost was $250 less then the original estimate. Even though my insurance company paid for everything, I was glad to see that reduction. I'm happy to recommend Hendrick Collision Center of Kansas City.

Unfortunately I can give a review of the collision center based on two recent experiences with damage to my car (by no fault of my own). Hendrick did a great repair both times. I feel like they had my best interest at heart when dealing with the insurance company. I felt welcomed from the first moment I stepped foot on the property. My navigation directed me to the shop instead of the customer service center. Instead of being chastised, Wayne the service guy greeted me with a smile and looked at my car right there. Then had me drive around to where I was supposed to go to complete the process. Enterprise rental is on the premises so that part is seamless too. They matched my pearlized white paint which I was very concerned about. The car looked like new within a week. The customer service is above average from the ladies at the front desk to the service guy, Wayne. They all make me feel welcome every time and said they would be there regardless if I was late when I called to say I wasn't sure I would make it in time. This place is top notch. Sucks to need them, but it's sure nice in a situation where you're probably upset & possibly injured to feel like you're being treated fairly and compassionately.
