Oh to be as confidently wrong as Jacob."You can't rent more than one car." wrong"No one else can drive your car." wrong"Your rental doesn't include insurance" wrong"You go outside and find a Toyota like everyone else." Wrong in both substance and service.Look, I get that corporate contracts aren't as common. But it's ok to say you don't know and ask someone for help.That's definitely not Jacob's plan. He's going to be right! And, when he's not right, he's going to be mad.I can not believe that I was actually instucted to 'go out the glass doors ajd find a Toyota. It's what everyone has to do." Stunningly horrible customer service.If you get to the counter and the person says his name is Jacob, get back in line. It will make your experience far better.

Older beat up high mileage dirty cars.As a president Circle member I could not get anything in a decent condition. avoid Hertz. on site staff does not care and make it even more painful. the only reason I rented there is because Sixt is not present at that site. after 15 years as a president circle I give up on Hertz.

A phenomenal experience on a recent business trip. Some airport rental locations offer a ridiculously bad selection in the Presidents Circle. This location I was able to walk right out and select a brand new GMC Denali. No issues whatsoever and the young guy who seems to always be at the return line is so energetic and helpful. Will continue to rent from this location.

How do you offer an upgrade and then charge my account twice is beyond me and the upgrade was due to the fact that the original car I reserved smelled like cigarettes . So basically I was charged for two cars when I only used one. The dumbest 400 dollars for a three day rental I ever spend.

I reserved a car weeks in advance on the Hertz website. I prepaid for convenience. I then go to the rental car counter at the date and time agreed. The human at the counter explained that Hertz put the wrong CDB code on my rental and they could not rent a car to me. To fix the problem I had to call customer service and have them remove the code. So I call Hertz customer service and relay the info the person at the counter explained. The agent on the phone did not know what I was talking about. So the agent waited with me to speak with the human behind the counter. The 2 of them argued that there is no problem. The only remedy the counter agent was going to allow was to have the agent on the phone cancel my reservation and make a new reservation. I agreed to that and the agent on the phone said they could not make the reservation because the location had no cars. I then asked for the phone agents manager and the phone agent hung up on me. I then spoke with the counter agent and asked if I could make a reservation with them now and he said yes. ( I decided to request the prepaid money back at a later time) The counter agent said I only have a truck for $150 or a suv for $300. (My reservation was about $75) I said “do you have the car I reserved?” He said no and refused to rent a car for the original rental price or even close. I then left using Uber. The next time I take my son to a specialist I will not be using Hertz.

Worst hertz ever the management is completely out of place they were really trying to say there short on cars when there parking lot was full a darkskin lady at the front desk was saying which totally made no sense .. another guy up front at the gate was acting very fishy too trying to make me go to the front desk so I could hear that same bad lie I wouldn’t recommend grabbing from hertz especially this one I’d give it a zero star if it was a option respectfully …

Not an easy are to get to. Rental building inconvenient. One way rentals more difficult and it confuses the counter staff.

So don't let a 3rd party system like priceline or bookings get cars from you if you all have different policies because priceline was sure happy to offer driver and payer be different there only stipulations was driver info has to match driver license not the credit card. So someone else can pay. But get to hertz the driver has to have there own credit card and pay again when it was already pre paid so we couldn't get the car. So now I'm out 1536.00 for a hotel Ithat won't let me cancel. F u all

Rented a midsized SUV on 12/14/23. Received a compact SUV, and that is being generous. Left the parking lot and the key fob battery was low. Bought a new battery and replaced it myself. Returned the car on 12/19/23 before the time it was due back. Hertz kept charging my credit card $213 for some reason and to add insult to injury they said I brought the car back 3 days late! I paid more for HERTZ thinking the car quality and level of service would be better, nope! It’s back to Thrifty for me.
