The vet demanded i give my cat vaccines or refused to look at her. He had looked at 2 of my other cats and never cared. I will not let this man give my cats a shot. Last time this man gave one of my cats a injection he died 2 days later. I called left messages and they never attempted to call back. He only cares about money. He treats people very poor, the building would fail a inspection also and needs the city inspector to go in and close this place.

Wish I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars. Took my dog in because she was losing hair. When going in I let them know that I had a previous dog that had the same thing and that I thought it was Dermadex mange. I asked if he could just treat her for that. He then insisted on taking a skin scrape to insure it was really indeed mange, which was another $50 just to scrape the skin. Compared to other vets that run $17-$24 for the skin scrape. I agree to this. He comes back and she has 2 huge scrape spots on her and he confirms that it is mange (which I had already told him from the beginning.) For treatment he said that I should give her Bravecto which is a flea and tick prevention 3 month chew. I then explained to him that my other dog had this and a different medication was used so I was wanting that medication. He said that was the only thing he could suggest for her. I declined to get the medication, paid for the overpriced service and left. Being that my dog is already in their system I called a couple months later to see about getting a vaccine and nail clipping , I was then put on hold then someone got on the phone and said I was put on the do not service list because I declined the medication. The Bravecto there was $75 when I could go elsewhere to get it for around $50. I will never refer anyone there, poor customer service, and overpriced. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Dr Carlson and his staff have been wonderful to me and my fur friends. The staff, Kevin and Kaylee are so good with animals. They’ve all been supportive and compassionate during a very hard time after losing my sweet kitty. They know me and my pets by name and are now taking care of my new kitty. I won’t go anywhere else.

I brought Isabella here for the first time. Our experience wasn't very pleasant. First, one of the nurse techs made a disrespectful comment of how my cat smelled. This nurse tech actually held my cat and sniffed her IN FRONT of me. And then he asked if my cat bathes herself. Isabella did not smell. Also I told this person that I just bathed Bella last Thursday evening. I was so turned off by his question and rude statement that I considered walking out. But I paid a nonrefundable deposit of $49.00 and decided to wait to see the vet. My cats kennel was disorganized and had fur from other cats that go into Bella's kennel and play inside of her kennel. That's why Bella's fur looked crazy. Eventually, I met the vet who started questioning me on how often I apply and feed Bella organic coconut oil. I told him I've done it for years and that Bella had never gotten I'll from eating organic coconut oil. Then the vet proceeded to tell me that too much coconut oil causes pancreatic cancer in adult cats. The vet and his staff couldn't control Isabella, who was distressed from being at a new vet. And she hates being restrained. They were too rough with her when trying to hold her still to check her temperature. That always makes me angry to see Bella distressed. I even tried to calm Bella down with her treats and the vet orders me to not give her treats while he inspected her. That's the issue I've had with multiple vets and their staff at these animal hospitals: they're too presumptuous and don't really listen to the owner of the animals. The experience was about Bella and her health. However I felt judged and attacked as a pet owner. The staff here gave the impression that I was slacking with both Bella's hygiene and health. I was just uncomfortable... again.

At 8 AM they said they would see our pet for a large wound at 10 AM, but they called an hour later to say they couldn't, after everyone else was even more booked up and we had faxed records. They wasted our time and put our animal in more harm. Without even receiving services this is clearly already the worst possible place to get care for an animal.

*****Update: I would rate zero stars if I could; due to my 2 star review and feedback Dr. Carlson has informed me he will not provide service to my animal. Google reviews are a way for consumers to track and provide real time feedback as well as observe how businesses handle opportunities to correct perceived negative experiences. If a provider is not in tune with how they are treating their client in the moment it is not the responsibility of the paying customer to ask for respect. When I decided to go ahead and give it a second chance, this is what Dr Carlson wrote: "As for me, I was surprised to see that you forwarded them after you took to Google to voice your displeasure about your last visit here. Sadly, this happens too often and businesses suffer for it when the right thing to do if one has a single negative experience at a business is to reach out to the business or business owner to discuss the issue. It's a shame that no 5* review was written after your "wonderful experience" in 2019, but after a single negative experience last week you felt compelled to air your grievances publicly." He wished my cat a happy and healthy life- at least there's that.********Not sure how I feel about this place. Took my cat there a couple years ago to be fixed and declawed and had a wonderful experience. Just got a new cat and have not had a positive experience trying to work with them this time around. Long story short- I felt like I was an annoyance and should feel lucky the Dr was even willing to speak with me. Got a quote but haven't decided if I'll return for the service; which, based on how I was treated, they'd be happy if I didn't come back.

Everyone was very friendly and took the time to explain each procedure as it was taking place. (Puppy shots) Cooper seemed very at ease with the staff. The got us in and out fairly quickly without it feeling like they were rushing us. Very happy with everyone there. Would definitely recommend.
