Like the store, had a terrible experience with a rude, passive aggressive manager (Melissa), Don't know why anyone would volunteer at this location after watching her interact with one of the new volunteers.

The volunteer workers are very friendly and helpful. I have found good quality used items here for 1/10 the price in a store. Plus they have additional daily specials.

Well organized, and I can typically find a few items that are almost new at thrift prices. Check this place out before you go to a big box store.

Great items, but too pricey.

This (and the affiliated clearance outlet around back) are without a doubt the best thrift shops in the area.

This place is the best to get items for your home, work clothes, even kids back to school affordably.

My go-to spot for any sort of glassware, serving trays for parties, cups, etc. and the kids love the VERY organized "toy store". Great pricing, friendly staff. Easy drop-off of your donation items.

Hands down, my absolute favorite thrift store. Clean, organized, great mission, and prices that actually reflect what thrift store prices SHOULD be! Huge blessing for me & my family, especially during these expensive post-Covid times. Their method of pricing clothing is reasonable & honorable, and probably the #1 reason I shop here: $2.50/3.50/$4.50/, $5.50... Most items are categorized (tanks, tees, blouses, etc) and priced the same within that category. No random, crazy pricing like a lot of thrift stores out there where all too often you can literally buy new for cheaper! Keeping low prices is so important, especially during these times when so many of us have to pinch pennies. They seem to understand that low prices bring more people, help more people, and create repeat customers.Thank you Hillcrest for a feel good shopping experience & setting prices to be a true help & blessing to so many! God bless.

I want to give a big shout out to Todd and Keefer, they came over to my in laws house yesterday (6/17/2023) to pick up a house full of stuff as we have had the task of getting it cleaned out since my father in law passed away, and my mother in law went into assisted living. They were great, and when we asked them if they could lug a treadmill up a flight a stairs and into a dumpster for us, they didn't even bat an eye, they just did it! We aren't young anymore ourselves, so I'm pretty sure that's why they we're so willing to help us out, and I can't tell you how much we appreciated that. Thank you so, so much Todd and Keefer, you we're absolutely awesome!! ?

This thrift store is huge. We went about 30 minutes before closing and I barely made it half way through the store before having to make my way to the front. I found some awesome dress shirts that appeared brand new, for only $6.50 each. This is definitely a place worth bringing the family and would be fun to look through every few weeks.
