Home Depot carries just about anything home-related you might need. The customer service is always consistent and items are usually always in stock or available at another location nearby. Their online order pick-up system is nice. You can place an order and they will bring it out to your vehicle and help load it even. We purchased a new lawnmower and the ease of buying online and pick up was top-notch.

Friendly staff, especially in appliances... newcomer Annie sold me a countertop and got Robert's help. I was hesitant to spend over $3100 in one go, but she called a manager to find out the home depot card special: 24 months and no interest. I spent some more time browsing the store. There are lots of wood beams and boards, flowers and trees, and Behr paint! Parking is fierce! So many spaces. Some of the younger staff seemed more occupied with their cell phones, but the seniors were walking around like they were in a marathon. Bathrooms were clean, but the flushing mechanism is not great and the hand dryers were too low for someone my height...women come in All sizes, people!A six foot tall woman does not like to squat to dry! Raise the dryers, fix the flushers, keep the staff!

I stood at the front of the tool isle for 15 minutes waiting for an associate, I needed a cordless tool unlocked, I got tired of waiting after 15 minutes and 3 people in orange walking by me without asking if I needed anything. One was a woman with red hair who had her face glued to her cell phone and didn't even see me. I noticed she was the cashier at the pro desk about 5 minutes later. The customer service at the Big Orange has gone to s**** I guess I will just order my tools online straight from Milwaukee and go else where for whatever from now on. I'm sure they will use the COVID as an excuse, that won't fly this time.

I will NEVER recommend Home Depot to anyone! We went into the store and looked at carpet and bathroom flooring back at the end of April 2020. Scheduled for someone to come out to measure our flooring on May 19th and the person called the day before to confirm the appointment and even the morning of saying that they would be at our house from 1-3PM. We received a call at 1:12PM stating that they would not be able to make it and they would have to cancel the appointment. We wen...

I love Home Depot, but watching elderly people being told they have to walk all the way to the main entrance, and walk back through the store, to enter the garden section pissed me off. The poor woman had to stop and take a break by the propane tanks. I offered to get her a wheel chair or a cart, but she declined. None of the other hardware stores are doing this.

I was buying lumber to build an ax throwing target for my son's birthday the next day. So I went to this Home Depot in the morning and talked to the gentleman at the "professional" desk. They were to pull the lumber and cut it to my specifications. The job was to be done by 4 o'clock, which gave them five hours. I arrived at 5:30, and the two characters that I talked to at the "professional" desk were gone. They had made no attempt to pull the lumber, much less cut it. Pretty crappy service given that I had paid for it in advance. Not exactly the "professional" approach I was looking for from the "professional" desk. Two other gentlemen subsequently pulled the lumber, but that left me with the job of cutting, that was supposed to be done by these folks. I won't return to this particular store just for the principle of the thing, as I could've went elsewhere and had this done without a problem.

Went in this location, they had a patio set on display for 1299.99. went home thought it over. checked online to see if they still had some available minus the display. online it showed exact one in exact color for 999.99. So I call to confirm the price and Chris who answered said they would honor that price. So I send my husband up there and they wouldnt honor the price. again Chris... So my husband puts me on the phone. Chris tried to say something completely different.

Amid all of the COVID-19 preparations and sudden home projects, Tammy in the paint department not only did her job well she was genuinely helpful and concerned with our paint orders! Thank you so much, Tammy! You are a gem and so appreciated!

I am always able to find what I need here, and the crew is very helpful. They don't try to run away from customers. I was once given chocolate by the door greeter for Father's Day.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this Home Depot. We purchased a refrigerator that was on the floor, and discounted 4 days prior to Black Friday. On 12/12 we went to go pick it up and it had been sold. Thankfully they had a model at another location.

Bought a nice piece of plywood to build a couple shelves yesterday. While there, i had it cut by the industrial saw they have in store. I was told this could be within an 1/8 in accurate, which i am perfectly fine with as i am not building any sort or professional piece of furniture. I got home only to find the shelves i cut were a full inch short of my 58 1/2 " mark. I went back and had the associate, who cut the board originally, remeasure to see what i had discovered. He agreed that it was his mistake and we could cut a new one to fit the original measurements. --I am perfectly fine and happy with the service up to this point. I understand mistakes happen and businesses can fix them to make the situation right. -- However while re cutting the new board, a manager? named Chris? (not sure, never introduced himself or what his position was) came over and dropped multiple snarky comments implying that this was my mistake and that the saw was not accurate for jobs like this. After those immature comments by him, he didnt say, "glad we could fix it", "sorry about the mistake", or even, "have a good day", he just raised his eyebrows at me and backed away without saying a word. Kudos to the associate who maned up and made this mistake right. But Chris, the 'manager', showed very poor leadership and management skills. I can only hope you don't treat and belittle customers like this in the future for YOUR companies mistakes.
