I came in for a recall repair. And asked if the shop would change my transmission fluid. The service advisor Jeremy Ervin was very professional. I also spoke briefly to the mechanic. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their service department.

We have had our Honda in for various maintenance services and have even had to get a new transmission. The service advisors have always been very professional, friendly, and accommodating. It is easy to set up an appointment online. The services and repairs have been done to our satisfaction and the car drives great.

Had to drop off the night before due to transportation issues for an afternoon appointment. They had already called me in the am to let me know what was going on with my 2015 Accord. Turns out, nothing. The issue corrected itself and I was not charged. I was advised on what to expect at my next mile marker for maintenance if I planned to keep the vehicle. Appreciate the heads up and explanations that I could understand not being car knowledgeable. Always have been friendly.

I went in for some regularly scheduled maintenance. The service tech was very informative and up front about the recommended services required and costs associated with each. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and helped me work out a service plan for my budget. I also got to meet the mechanic as well and he was nothing short of professional, giving me the confidence in knowing my car was repaired correctly and would continue to be an excellent vehicle for years to come.

I have been using this location for 5+ years. As a Program Manager, I can say that it is extremely unusual to see an employee that genuinely wants to help the customer and who also possesses the knowledge and skills to execute on that idea. Today, So helped me to better understand the condition of my vehicle, and some potential options in the future. The interaction was highly professional, extremely valuable to me as a customer, and once again reasserts why this is the only location I will be shopping at in Kansas City. There is no replacement for knowing that you're in good hands.Great job Honda, great job Tiffany Springs, great job So.

I took my Honda CRV to Honda of Tiffany Springs on August 28th for problems with my air conditioner. Mitchel Carver was my Advisor. He made sure I had a loaner car so I could still get to work. He called me within an hour and a half to let me know that basically my air conditioner imploded. The best news was that I had one day left on my warranty and the repairs would be covered! It was unfortunate that all the parts needed took a very long time to get to the shop. I also know they had no control over that. I was kept apprised of the status and still had a loaner for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the outcome . Mr. Carver and Honda took excellent care of me and my car!

Overall everything was fine. I was asked when I needed the car back and I said by 3pm (I dropped it off at 9am). I thought I would get a call or text to tell me it was done but didn't so I just showed up at 1p and my car was sitting outside ready. So I just paid and left. I had also inquired about replacing side mirrors and was told those could be priced, but didn't get any more info on those.

Service was good on getting in and out with appointment. But the check they do I believe is false. They try to get service that doesn't need to be done. I had back brakes and new rotors put on about 5 months ago and they marked it down as yellow. No way in 5 months it needs to be serviced. While the front they marked as red and stating needs attention now. No vibrations in steering wheel or grinding when stopping. No signs of front brakes needing replacement. Use caution when they bring back your report on your car.

The entire team at Honda of Tiffany Springs made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. The process was low stress and they helped me get into the car I wanted. The customer service is second to none. I have purchased my last 4 cars from them and they will continue to be my go to dealership when it's time for another vehicle.

Horrible sales service, my son made an offer that was full price and left a deposit only to be told when we were trying to pick up the vehicle that the vehicle had been promised to an employee. Told not to worry, then 2 weeks later (holding the deposit) when another new vehicle arrived told, by the way, this car has more features so you need to pay the difference. No communication, no effort to make the situation right, just take advantage of the client, thanks Justin for nothing.

I had checked with several other dealerships on inventory for a pilot but nobody had one. I used the chat feature on the website and asked if they had a specific color and body style. They replied immediately and told me that they would check then got back to me for an answer (they didn’t have one) a few days later I got a text from Justin with a photo of the exact car I had been wanting. He sent multiple photos at my request and answered all my questions. Justin was awesome throughout the entire process and went above and beyond. I’ve recommended him to all my friends for their future car purchases.
