Service at the pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I've been using the pharmacy for a few years and I can count on one hand how many times they've successfully filled my medication. You'd think the pharmacists would know what medication they are selling to their clients but every time I call for a refill or prescription request, the people helping me can't even pronounce the names or find them in the system. More importantly, this is a business that deals with people's lives and health. There is not much room for error in that. I can understand simple mistakes but this pharmacy needs to be held accountable for the countless number of arrogant and irresponsible actions that are affecting peoples lives. I have been attempting to fill a medication for two weeks now, and just a few days ago had to visit the emergency room because I couldn't go any longer without care. This is my final breaking point. Unless the service is improved, I can guarantee I will never be using this pharmacy again.

HY Vee Pharmacy at 64th st. and I 29 kansas city. This is such a poorly run business who make many mistakes as well as the same ones over again! Can't even believe it.

Absolutely love the floral department! My husband sent me flowers at work and not only was the flower arrangement stunning, it was delivered at the time he requested. And when shopping, you can't beat the "just because" selection either. $8 dozen roses that last for 2 weeks and are gorgeous!

Instead of ready to eat burgers, as the picture shows, these are raw patties that you get in the meat department. I went there expecting to have lunch and was told those burgers are sold in the meat department only. I sent a message to corporate about this and they replied that they forwarded to my local store. I have not heard back from the store yet and I'm curious how they will handle it. It sounds like bait and switch to me. Nowhere in the ad does it say these are raw patties

I have never had a pharmacy treat me so rudely. Cancels prescriptions without telling you why. They then proceed to have mix ups and can't keep there stories straight. I would recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Ben L at the sea food counter really helped my girlfriend and I with our shrimp needs. Guy knows his stuff, was friendly, and was enthusiastic to o help us make the right call for our dinner tonight. Really makes me happy to see someone with such knowledge and enthusiasm there to help guide costumers towards the purchase they want.

At least 50% higher than other stores. Cheapest dozen of large eggs is $5. At that price it's much better deal to shop at Aldis down the street or buy in bulk from Costco or Sam's.

I used to enjoy shopping at this HyVee ever Since I moved to the area 9 years ago. The past several months, this store is no longer a pleasure to shop at. This store is too crowded. whenever there is a good deal to be had, this store sells out to quickly. HyVee no longer issues rainchecks on their 1 day deals. The clerks and managers at the customer service desk are not very friendly here. I miss the days when HyVee boasted about a helpful smile in every aisle. This store could care less thst I am going to start shopping at a nearby Price Chopper grocery store.

Very poor customer service. Took me over an hour to speak to a manager, was told countless times by employees they didn't know how to do something and have wasted so much of my time just to get them to do the right thing. Which they still haven't. I completely give up and will never step foot in another Hy-Vee that is how disgusted I am with their customer service and management team. But at least (as I was told by the store director) they will use my experience for a training tool. Glad I could help train your employees. Where is my compensation for developing this portion of your training??? SMH

my mom lost her wallet and called the store to see if they had it. the person asked her name and said they would check, he told her "we don't have a card with that name on it" my mom replied, "ok but it is a whole wallet not just the card" the worker rudely replied "i get it but we don't have it" and hangs up. she decide to drive back up to the store because she knew that's the last place she had it, turns out they did have the wallet (thankfully) but he didn't even ask for her name and number to call her if it did eventually show up. situation could have been handled better

I love HyVee and everything about it. In the past I've have had a bad experience with only the Chinese food in the deli area. So I thought I'd give it another try today. Well I should of stayed away ...the service was very rude and worse than my first experience. Very unhelpful and rushing to get my order even though I was the only customer at the counter. The food was ok but I have no idea what it was he wouldn't tell me...
