It was quick unloading, but unloading is located in back of the store. ,do Not get off at the very exit ,no way I couldn't make the 2nd right turn, see if you can go to the very next exit,remember unloading is back of the store , maybe if you call them they 'll tell you the best way.just careful.

I have made quite a few purchases at Index over the last seven years. The workers have been quick to answer questions and find products for me that I didn't see as I poked around--otherwise they do let you look around without standing over your shoulder. The short of it is that they carry good quality food service products of all kinds. Not my idea of a "fun" place to shop, but I appreciate the service and the good products I find there.

This great local restaurant supply store! I always bump into a lot of other local chefs when I’m there! I just loaded up on some catering supplies. Very fast and friendly service! Shopping for a new blender we make a lot of hot salsa!

They say they are open to the public, but I felt very unwelcome in there. Someone just sat at a desk in the back and never said a word to me. I left when I couldn't find the price on anything. If you only want b2b sales then take down your “open to the public” sign.

Walked in to do business and shop ( no-one at the desk wearing a mask ) We have a medical exception. Was in the store at least 15 min and a very rude employee walks us and harasses us for not wearing a mask as he puts one on... also they didn't have a sign saying mask required displayed... Rude and disrespectful in badgering us yet we were asked to leave while employees were not wearing masks!!! Do not do business here!!! They discriminate and are beyond rude!!!

If I could leave a no star review I would, my wife and I walked in today to buy things for our food truck, no one greeted us upon entering the store or asked us if we needed anything. For clarification nobody in the store was wearing a mask and no signs for a mask was on the door, there were several sitting behind desks not wearing any masks and one guy wearing a mask that was pulled down below his chin. After walking around in store about 20 minutes looking at products and picking up things to buy one guy decieded to pull on a mask and confront us for not wearing a mask and told us to leave his store. He is the only one wearing a mask and wasnt when we entered the store none of the other employees were wearing a mask. When the others not wearing a mask was brought to his attention he said it was his private business and they could do what they want. Let me say I believe in buying local as I have a food truck but after being singled out and humiliated i will never set foot in his business again. From now on I will be buying from webstaurant and having it delivered.
