The owner was great, but the location was not near my house and in a very run down part of town. I do not plan on returning. The Intoxalock employee scheduled the appointment thinking it was within five miles of my house, but it was 15, and in a part of town I do not frequent.

The technician was prompt, he installed the device and explained the use of it excellently

After I had the device installed I got engine lights going on now. I have not had a great experience. But after leaving this review. They did reach out to me and discuss this review and attempt to aid me in resolving the issues I had.
