On the Monday right after our historic blizzard ,this store was open.I was staying at a hotel on the plaza but forgot a scarf and gloves.Not only did the store have those items,one of the employees,Elle, actually brought them to my hotel! Talk about going above and beyond!
In this day of almost zero customer service everywhere,she showed exemplary customer service!

My aunt and I went to take a look at some items she saw in the catalog. Great store and location. Very clean, pristine, and well organized. Good amount of back-stock as well. Lindie greeted us promptly and was such a pleasure to shop with! She helped my aunt find some great pieces and even ordered some items that they didn’t have in her size. I’d definitely recommend visiting this location and hope that you get to shop with Lindie. :)
