EditCalled twice for an update on my refund. No answer. Finally showed up in person and found out their "middle man" bank took a substantial amount of money for simply "processing". They try to push their 200 dollars off for new customers but that's because I bet no one is returning. Jackson Hewitt is taking hundreds of your dollars for something you can do on turbo tax for nearly a quarter.I'll never return.
