Bill and Ben were great. Bill helped me at my first visit and was a great co-pilot on the test drive. Laid out every page of the carfax and let me know what quirks the used vehicle had as well as its strong suits. Ben was awesome at getting the paperwork done and the purchase process smooth. The manager, Josh was willing to work out an agreement about servicing the small quirks. They have been good positive people to work with and I am very happy with the truck I got! I'll be updating to 5 stars as soon as those service pieces get put in and I officially have my title in the next few days.

Jay Wolfe has the best stock for the price as they find cars from all over and fix them up for a cheap price. They accepted my trade-in and reasonably price their warranties. They help explain everything that you're signing up for. They go through the tests to show that it is a functional vehicle as well, so no surprises. Overall, I'm impressed by how smoothly it went. Mark was my sales rep and he was super friendly and was reassuring with my deal to make the right choice for what I need.

My husband and I recently purchased from them. We got a great deal. However, Mark was a terrible salesman. I get he just wanted the sale, but at least act like you care about your customers. Josh is the general manager and he was great!! I do recommend him!!

Called ahead to test drive a vehicle as I had limited time on lunch from work. That process went fine. Liked the vehicle. Gave $500 check to hold it until the next day. Fast forward to next day. Texted salesman (Mark) that I had a few questions about the vehicle. He got back with me and when I expressed some concerns about the vehicle being priced $1,500 over max dealer value on KBB I was told that is "irrelevant". At no point did he acknowledge or show any understanding of my concern. Basically made me feel like a "dumb woman". I have purchased every single vehicle my family has owned and navigated the sales process with ease and knowledge every single time. Needless to say, we purchased a vehicle the next day from Dennis Sneed Ford and could not be more pleased with that interaction from start to finish.

Made an appt & took off of work to get an estimate for hail damage. I get there & am told they are too busy to give me an estimate & they are going to just schedule me for the repair. No. No. & No. I was scheduled for an estimate. I want to know the cost. The guy said he just found out yesterday that they were too busy. My number was on file. They should’ve called me. Now I have to take off of work again to take it somewhere else. That’s bad business!

They said that they could buff out the scratch and they really didn’t know what they was talking about on my truck they are going to have to repaint the roof of my truck and then I told them to keep me informed and then I ask a question today and they said they would call me back and I never heard back from them. I have had bad experience with car dealers and lawyers and I am not going to take any thing from them cause I will sue if things aren’t right in the first time I am not waiting 3 months like I heard from some of the reviews I heard .

I went to collect a car from them and after I drove 2 hours they said that it had an issue. Went back a week later to pick up. After one month the car was scraps. I bought this car with cash and they still ignored all of my emails. I’ve currently spent 3k on the car 5 months after buying it.

My jeep renegade was returned to me in horrible shape. Long story short, the entire passenger side was "redone," but it looks worse than the drivers side. Moldings are coming off, etc. Had to bring my renegade back in numerous times. Overall, it's just a bad headache. My renegade has been repaired twice at the north and south location, both the same quality work. They said they would make it right but want me to drop my vehicle off for an entire day for some trim molding. It took them 3 months on the last repair, and it is just a further inconvenience after already paying $$$$ and time. I've since just repaired things myself because it finally got done right, at least, and I wasn't out of a vehicle for another 24 hours.

Woke up this morning with the ambition of taking my son to get his tags (30 day); now mind you his tag expired July 14 me being a responsible parent told my child you’ll need ALL the money to get your tags. He saved and the morning of we go to the DMV and long and behold get to DMV to find out Jaye Wolfe safety expectation form expired May 15th!!! Who does that!? Jaye Wolfe now I have to back track be even more late to work and the lesson I preach to my son everyday about accountability and being responsible just went out the window. Thanks for the experience….just an FYI according to DMV it was 60 days from the date on the form which was 5/15/23 so your inspection this morning free of charge should have been because the date on the form should have been 6/15/23 which still would have been okay. Nevertheless you completed an inspection for free yet when my son and I arrived back at the DMV whoever completed the inspection left the odometer reading off the form.

Excellent customer service! I worked with Ben Hopkins and Dan to purchase a decent used vehicle for my high schooler. Unfortunately, it had some mechanical issues. We returned the vehicle the next day and received a full refund. I could not have asked for greater service. I wish they had another vehicle in our price range available! I highly recommend these guys for a friendly, low pressure used car dealer! Way to go!

Took my car there to be repaired - a month later still no car. They are ill-equipped to deal with Honda repairs when they do not have parts and do not have the foresight to order extra parts for all of their products when stock gets low. Poor customer service, super slow and very disappointed and disgusted that I still don't have my car.

These guys are awesome! They are straight forward and honest. I had an issue with the F250 SD I purchased, but as long as you are reasonable they will go to any lengths to make sure you are a satisfied customer. You may not get the car you want but you’ll definitely get the car you deserve.
