“I am very happy with my entire experience working with Vinca. I was looking for a pretty simple moss agate ring, and I had just expected to never see what a moss agate looks like in person before I had the finished ring in my hand. Well... They had moss agate in store! This was the first sign that this place was a good find. Then when talking about what I wanted made, they were very helpful, not trying to upsell anything, just very genuine and helpful! The whole experience was so pleasant. This was my first time getting custom jewelry, so I had no idea what to expect, and everyone was so nice and patient with me. They reassured that I could trust them, and I am very glad I did, because the moss agate center stone, which I was a little worried about, looks fantastic. If you look up moss agate, you will quickly realize that this is not an easy stone to get right. Each one is so different, and there are so many different aspects you could want in one. The people working at Vinca have good taste. You can trust them to make a really amazing ring. I bet you could hand draw something with your non-dominant hand with a few bullet points to aid your poor illustration and they could probably produce something really great. It is easy to see the wealth of experience and passion here. An absolutely fantastic find that I thank God for. Cant wait to go and get the bands made too!”
“I truly have so many good things to say about this store. We went to many other jewelry stores but helzberg stuck out for these reasons. I'll start with the fact that we came in to browse about 6 months before actually purchasing the ring and we conversed with Lauren, she was VERY attentive in every detail I could have brought up and was so personal to speak to. She wasn't just selling us a ring, she was helping me find my dream ring. Finally we went back to legitimately purchase and we did a custom ring specifically with Lauren, she has such a bright personality that takes away any nerves you definitely have making that purchase. Eva is a manager and was very sweet and helpful. We genuinely can not recommend this store enough to anyone curious on what Helzberg store let alone what jewelry store to make the purchase of your engagement ring. You will get nothing but personalized experience and a team effort to helping you find your perfect ring.”

“I don't normally write reviews - but I had such an incredible experience today getting my eyebrow re-pierced with Clay! It was probably the most comfortable I've felt during a piercing, I enjoyed Clay's vibe and he was easy to chat with. The first time I got my eyebrow done at a different shop it hurt pretty bad and I had a lot of bruising, not to say some won't still develop, but Clay was so gentle and professional the piercing bit actually felt really nice. Thank you Clay and the Supernatural team, I will definitely be returning! :)”

“I came in to get my wife wedding ring repaired. My wife lost the center stone of her wedding ring that was custom made from my frat brother. We had a hard time looking for a Moisonite stone however since the ring was custom it was nearly impossible to find one that fit. The jeweler who was referred as the (Doc) went in the back and found the perfect stone, an actual brilliant diamond and after a lot of work they set it. After presenting it to my wife she was in tears and loved it. Shout out to Scott Schlangenhauff and his staff for making this project a reality.”
“Me, my mom, and my dad walked in here a couple days ago so my mom could find a ring. They had plenty of stunning jewelry pieces, including some very unique, one of a kind pieces. This shop was also very entertaining, they had their sweet pup hangin' around as well as many cool fossils to scope out. On your way out of the shop you get a complementary magnet made with gems and sequins, as well as a sweet motivational quote. 10/10 would recommend!!”
