This company exceeded My expectations, I had a flat tire no spare. They arrived in a timely fashion, driver even called me to let me know they were on the way. They showed great care in loading my vehicle on the truck. Gave me a ride to the repair shop as well. Most of all the sent me detailed information about the tow that My insurance company requested so I could be reimbursed for the tow . Just Tow It is my go-to tow/car trouble company. I've called Carlito several times to tow and jump my vehicles and he comes ASAP, even on evenings or weekends and always within the quoted timeframe. He always explains or gives troubleshooting tips to me above and beyond a simple jumpstart or tow. The rates are super reasonable and the service is outstanding.

My car's ball joint and wheel axle broke randomly right as I was down the street from my house. This happened right before it started pouring cats and dogs. No more than 5 minutes passed by and one of their drivers pulled up behind me. He was a major blessing! I wish I knew his name to give him the full recognition. He gave me a free tow to my house. He was so nice and helpful. This rarity of help just shows that Just Tow it is NOT like these other tow companies. I will definitely use and suggest them to anyone!!Service: Car towing

My car rides very low to the ground, so I was a little nervous about bumper damage. John was meticulous in making sure there was proper clearance and not a single scratch to my car.
