It may need some renovation. There is plenty of room for exhibits, and parking is free. Handicap accessible entrance. Wide sidewalks and entrance is open.

We visited for the gun show and it was great. The expo has a decent cafeteria area with pretty decent food. Wish they had more parking since we ended up parking on the street. Overall good experience.
