This is not the place for people who have jobs and money. All the cars are extremely overpriced. They do have a pretty good inventory though if you can't make your payments.

The girls are really nice behind the counter that help with the paper work and your payments . But it seems like whenever I try to ask a question to one of the guys or mechanics up there , they're to busy or real short ! They know who I'm talking about , it's been several times . Other than that it's cool , nice cars for sale .

They sold me a severely overpriced lemon. The day I brought the car home the brake calipers seized up and I had to take it right back. Then within the first 2 months of ownership I’ve had to replace the starter, the ac compressor went out, the reverse lights and the blinker lights went out. Be cautious purchasing from them.

Bought my 2007 Toyota Rav4 with the V6 engine. Car runs great took it on a 700 mile road trip no problems. May have overpaid a bit but they take risk financing people with bad credit like me ? at least it boosts your credit by making your payments and comes with a 3000 mile warranty. ED takes pride in his work in helping you get setup with your new vehicle. Man has been doing it for 30 years he made the whole process easy and answered all my questions. Even stayed late for me to fill out paper work when I got off work.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had. Finance manager should be behind closed doors when you talk bad about an applicant or customer. I completely overheard him loudly with his snarky comment as he stormed out of his tiny so called office and down the tiny disgusting hallway pouting. Very unpleasant and degrading to hear that. 100% NOT professional at all. He should be making tacos at taco bell. Best of luck selling/financing your sub-par vehicles to low income people, such as yourself. What a spectacular lot, location and nice luxury building that you are in..... NOT!???? My honest opinion towards other customers wanting to come here or purchase from here, I would AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Ed R. is the greatest. If you want an anxiety-free car buying experience, see him.Additionally, Eric at the main desk is so attentive and detail oriented. He runs the joint but makes an effort to know the customers that are being taken care of by every associate. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot, I felt welcomed with comfort by Ed. He let me peruse the lot with no pressure si I could see what I wanted to see.The whole team encouraged me to find something that was right for me, and if it wasn’t there, Eric was gonna find it, and Ed was gonna let me know when it was found.I found ally Escape on their website and went to see it. It was destined to be.When it went to the financing period, I was nervous. After some minor paperwork, Ed walked back in and shook my hand to congratulate me, telling me the Ford Escape was MINE!From that point, I went to do the final paperwork in the lower office. As I sat to fill the final forms, Eric swooped in (to give the main gal a break), and handled my paperwork himself. To say he was happy to see me getting a vehicle is an understatement. He wants his customers to thrive. If you ever think about going to a “BUY HERE, PAY HERE” dealer other than KWIK AUTO, or speaking to another Associate that isn’t Ed at KWIK AUTO, stop that and go here to see Ed.

Ed helped us find a great SUV for our daughter at a great price. His knowledge of vehicles on the lot was impressive and he provided just the right amount of information. He showed us different vehicles in our price range and then stepped back to give us some time to look on our own and consider the best options. We sealed the deal and love our new vehicle! Ed will treat you right!

I had to put 5 stars because my reviews disappears for public viewing. When I put 1 start the public can not see the review. Shady business practices ?I bought a 2010 Ford Taurus and they sold it to me with a failed internal water pump. Someone in the service department knew it was failing so someone PLUGGED the weep hole, which is designed to alert you that the internal water pump was failing by letting coolant out so you have time to replace it. The internal water pump on this vehicle cost between $1800 to $2450 to replace due to it being located inside the engine driven by the timing chain after I got three quotes by local Raytown repair shops. After I left an email with the pictures of my discovery of the obvious attempt to conceal the water pump’s imminent failure I got a call from service manager Eric. After denying any knowledge or wrongdoing I eventually threaten to sue Kwik Auto Finance for intentionally selling a vehicle with an expensive malfunction and not disclosing the matter at fact. On top of the attempt to defraud the customer by PLUGGING the weep hole. You can easily tell that leak didn’t start last night. It had been leaking well before I bought the vehicle on August 19th. I test drove for approximately 40 minutes on highway and city streets. I didn’t find any issues during my inspection because in this situation I would have to get under the car. Look up Duratec 3.5 L V6 Engine Water Pump Failure online, won’t take long to find out why that weep hole is important. Most likely if I had not found this shady plugging of the weep hole, catastrophic engine failure would have occurred after months of the coolant mixing with the engine oil. This would occur well after the 60 day/ 3,000 mile limited warranty and would have been on me to fix.Eric advised me to just bring the car back and get my money back on August 22nd after I brought up the information above after going back and forth on the phone for approximately 5 minutes. The whole time Eric was trying act like I was clueless and didn’t know what I was talking about. I came up there and in less than 15 minutes had my money issued back to my bank card. I would be careful to trust any other vehicle on the lot without getting a independent mechanic to look it over if your not mechanically inclined. This was not a simple mechanical failure but a deliberate attempt to pass off a vehicle on to a consumer that already had a water pump gasket fail and was a ticking time bomb to destroy the engine. I’m very familiar with this engine and I am mechanically inclined to look this in depth over the vehicle. Otherwise I would have been got if I did not know vehicles well like most consumers.

Came in for a vehicle and put a deposit to hold it until I was paid in the next few days. I placed $1000 down and would return later with the remaining $500. i arrived with the remaining and was told that the actual deposit was $2500 instead of $1500. I immediately rejected that due to the salesperson telling me it would be $1500 total down payment originally. The next week I called and let them know I'd go ahead and pay the $2500 (even though that was not what I was told originally.) I was then told they were not willing to sell me a vehicle because "everything that happened." I don't live in the state and just needed a cheap vehicle to get around in while visiting (as I do often.) I was not expecting much from a small, pre-owned lot. But, what I did get was far worse than any other buying experience I've been through. Sad to say but, the other reviewers were probably right.
